The location is superb, right in the city center next to Tianfu Square and very close to People's Park, making dining very convenient. The front desk service was also good. It seemed there were many international guests, probably due to the summer holiday season. The hotel's laundry room needs improvement.

The service was excellent. On my checkout day, I had an early flight. I informed the hotel, and they kindly prepared a packed breakfast for me. Breakfast was included and quite good, and it wasn't overly crowded. The only minor downsides were the intense heat in Chengdu and the tourist attractions being packed with people. However, there wasn't much choice, as the kids only had time to travel during their summer break.

Five-star service! Upon arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which was incredibly spacious and new, and included breakfast. Compared to the cramped and overpriced hotel we stayed at near Chunxi Road for the previous two nights, this place offered fantastic value for money. Dining options near the hotel were also very convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Renmin Park and Kuanzhai Alley, and getting a taxi was easy – unlike Chunxi Road, the area wasn't nearly as congested.

The location is fantastic! It was super convenient to visit the Chengdu Museum with our kids, as it's only about 500 meters away. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping districts nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. They generously upgraded us to a family room for free, which was very spacious and comfortable. Plus, they provided complimentary breakfast for our child. We truly appreciate their excellent service and thoughtful touches.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a lovely view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Metro, People’s Park, and we had a great experience at Heming Teahouse nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! We also felt very lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade.

Not so ideal location to tourist place or nearby market. Need to walk around 800-1000m for markets. Rooms are just ok, not so big in size.
