Echarm Properties in Chengdu

We stayed here for 2 nights. We chose the non smoking rooms but unfortunately it was very hot. 26 degrees Celsius in the room and no access to fresh air. The air conditioner does not cool in winter as it is controlled by the building. We moved rooms to ones that had small opening windows (so was cooler) but these rooms are smoking rooms. The hotel is directly above a KTV so some family members had trouble sleeping with the noise until 5am in the morning.  On the positive, the staff were helpful, location very good, clean bedding and the breakfast was simple but tasty.  If you’re not affected by smoke, noise and a very hot room, you may like this hotel. My family wasn’t happy that I booked this hotel.

The hotel staff were very kind and thoughtful. As they knew we were traveling with elderly family members, they arranged a room on a lower floor for us. On the first night, we also received a supper from the hotel—fries and glutinous rice dumplings, which I believe was a welcome gift and it was a nice surprise. The room was clean, and although it wasn’t very spacious, it was still comfortable and could fit two 24-inch suitcases opened at the same time. The location is decent, but it takes about a 15–20 minute walk to reach Chunxi Road. There is a mall opposite the hotel and plenty of food options nearby. One thing to note is that when calling a Didi, you need to be ready before the driver arrives, as there is no drop-off or waiting area directly in front of the hotel. The road is busy and there is a bus stop in front, so drivers usually pick you up near the bus stop and cannot wait for long.

It was a very satisfying stay. My family and I came here for a trip and stayed at Yishang Hotel for the first time. It was really great. The service was very good. They prepared delicious snacks for afternoon tea. The front desk girl, Xiao Zhang, checked us in very professionally. She carefully asked about the orientation we liked and introduced the characteristics of the room. The room was very quiet, clean and hygienic. It was a very satisfying stay. I was very happy.

This hotel was a shop lot converted to a hotel. Newly renovated, everything looks new and clean. However, room was not big enough for 3 of us The young nice looking nan at the front desk was kind and helpful. He granted us free breakfast. There was a coffee maker, 2 types of tea at the hotel lobby. The location of the hotel was very near to metro station. It’s also close the wholesale stores and a food street that serve all kinds of different foods.

The hotel is right inside the exhibition hall, next to Luckin Coffee. The room is clean and hygienic, the service is very good, and they are responsive. They also provide breakfast, which is a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is delicious and tastes good. I am very satisfied with the stay experience

The room is very large, very hygienic and very clean! The experience is very good! And the curtains are very shading! The two-meter bed is very comfortable to sleep!

Service: The service attitude of the brothers and sisters at the front desk is very good! Upgraded to the best twin room Transportation: It is very close to Exit C and Exit F of Shawan Metro Station. Exit C has an elevator which is more convenient.

This is a fantastic hotel. The front desk staff, led by a handsome guy, provided excellent service. They even woke me up in the morning and served me breakfast. The driver kindly helped me with my luggage and escorted me to the airport. There are numerous Chinese cuisines nearby the hotel. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
