來承德的第一站，因為暑期，假期房間價格比較高，這個店和其他兩外兩家酒店（艾菲酒店、輕途）是一棟樓。
環境一般，符合星程一貫的風格。門的縫有點兒大，樓道的聲音可以傳進房間，小朋友早上被吵醒了。
床品睡起來很舒服，緩解了長途自駕的勞累，小朋友很喜歡。
早飯一般，餐廳面積不大，星程那碗麪衹有一位工作人員，忙活不開，填飽肚子。

前段時間去承德旅遊，入住了星程酒店承德店，體驗超棒，必須分享給大家！
酒店位置極佳，離承德幾個熱門景點都不遠，開車十幾分鍾就能到避暑山莊，周邊還有很多特色美食店和便利店，生活出行超方便。前台工作人員特別熱情，辦理入住很快，還細心介紹了酒店設施和周邊好玩的地方，好感度直接拉滿。
房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約又不失温馨，床品柔軟舒適，睡了個好覺。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也不錯。

跟父母一起來承德旅遊，選擇住在元寶街附近，這家星程酒店不論地理位置還是性價比都很不錯，選擇了套房，方便一家人聊天。房間寬敞明亮，打掃的也很乾凈，服務員都很熱情。早餐味道不錯，一層還有自助泡茶區，很全面。唯一的美中不足，就是電梯等候時間會略久，晚上回酒店較晚的話，門口會沒有車位。總體來説是一次不錯的入住體驗。

酒店位置很好，距鼎盛皇家廣場不遠，周邊吃飯方便，早餐品種豐富多樣，前台有求必應，服務態度很好，門前停車位有限，但管理人員會安排停車，自駕遊朋友可以方心入住。但是，房間插座年久失修，充電插頭不能穩定使用，望改進。

房間非常大，衞生間也很大，但是裝修比較簡陋。洗護用品不好，因為樓上是別的酒店，那個電梯也非常混亂，電梯裏面很臟亂差。位置還不錯，酒店前台服務也還行。床品不好。前台有菊花茶，好評。
