ChengDe Sophia Hotel (Li Zheng Men)

We stayed for 2 nights, the stay was ok. The room was big and it had a projector. The staff was very friendlyand helpful, thoughthey did not speak English with gtranslate we managed. I would recommend they put more effort into cleaning the floor in the room. Unfortunately when we came back to the hotel for the 2nd night in the bathroom there was smell of cigarette smoke from the ventilation system, we closed the bathroom door and in the room was ok, but unpleasant in the bathroom.

I had an excellent 4-night stay at the ‘Chengde Sophia Hotel (Li Zheng Men)’. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient. A staff member kindly helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room, which was a very thoughtful touch after a long journey. This level of service continued throughout my stay, with all employees being courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night's sleep every night. Everything was in good working order, and the room was quiet, allowing for perfect rest. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend the Chengde Sophia Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It offers great value, comfort, and, most importantly, exceptional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Chengde.
