Hotels with Breakfast in Chengde

Highly recommend. We live in China and have stayed in a few different cities/hotels now and this was by far the best. The building is historic and beautiful and extremely well maintained. The rooms feel brand new and are very thoughtfully laid out. The room comes with all kinds of small conveniences in case you forgot something or need something. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming, from the front office staff to the housekeeping to the repair men. We arrived late on a stormy night and they went out of their way to help us figure out dinner. When the weather got worse and spoiled our plans, the staff did everything they could to rescue the weekend, even at the hotels expense. We plan to come back again when the weather is nicer and will 100% stay here. I can't imagine why you would stay anywhere else, especially if you're there to sightsee. The hotel opens directly into the park, it's wonderful.

During the May Day holiday, I took my child on a trip. Since it was a temporary decision to go to Chengde, I booked a room on the evening of April 29. There were no parent-child rooms. I saw that there were two separate 1.35-meter single beds in the room and decided to put them together. The 2.7-meter bed was enough for a family of three (the child was about 1.4 meters). When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there were no children's products. I called the hotel front desk to ask for children's products and soon delivered special slippers, bath towels, toothbrushes, bath gel and a thin quilt for the child. They helped us put the two beds together into a huge big bed. Since there was a plan to put the bed together, I brought a small mattress and put it on the seam, which was really comfortable. The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!

Good location, clean hotel, nice breakfast. The hotel even deliver dessert to the room after dinner time. I have parcel not able to reach the hotel and the receptionist, 赵丽伟and her colleagues were helping me to contact the delivery man to make sure my parcel can arrive hotel on time. Really appreciate their help on this matter. Overall, it is recommended to stay in this hotel in Chengde.

Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

ATOUR hotel is located in the central part of the city. The equestrian statue of Emperor Kangxi decorates the square adjacent to the hotel. The summer residence of the Qing emperors is within walking distance. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to Patala and numerous temples and palaces. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can eat deliciously. Don't miss the Manchurian restaurant where you can try venison and many unusual delicacies. The managers who meet you at the reception are very friendly. Every time you leave the hotel for an excursion, they offer to take bottles of water with you. The room is quite large, minimalist interior - nothing superfluous. There is a lot of storage space, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Very nice tea pairs at the tea reading (see photo), good tea and good coffee. We did not book breakfast. Overall, we are satisfied. .

I want to say that this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I brought the elderly and children to Chengde for a May Day trip. I stayed in Tianbao Holiday for four days and three nights. I arrived at 11 noon on the first day and arranged for early check-in. The welcoming guy helped us drag our luggage to the room. Every service staff we met took the initiative to greet us with a smile. There were obvious signs on the steps, and the service staff reminded us to pay attention to safety. On the 11th floor where we stayed, the waiter Liu Fengxia took great care of us in the past few days. We were fed snacks every day. When it was hot, we took the initiative to put a few more bottles of mineral water in the room. There was also white fungus soup to relieve internal heat every night. All the details touched us and made us feel like we were home. When we left, they also prepared food for us on the road. I also recommend Tianbao's main meal. I ate it for two consecutive days. It was economical and tasted great. I personally think it was better than the restaurant recommended on Dianping. The elderly and children said that the happiest thing about this trip was staying in Tianbao Holiday. They will stay here when they come to Chengde in the future.

The service is very good. The front desk guy is busy from morning till night. He is really hardworking. The room is very clean and the sound insulation is good. The breakfast is delicious. During the two days we stayed, we had two porridges, four dishes, two sausages, fried rice and steamed buns. The bathroom has a smart toilet (the flushing force is a bit strong). It is recommended to add some special slippers for bathing.

Many years ago, I stayed at the Sophia main store when I came to Chengde. This time, I chose the newly opened Sophia Lizheng store to travel with my family. The rooms are spacious and bright. There are charging piles in the parking lot next to the hotel, which is very convenient for friends who have trams. First of all, I met the boss, who was still as enthusiastic as when I met him many years ago. Although they have experienced three years of epidemic, their enthusiasm has not faded at all, and their service has become more meticulous. This can understand that Chengde has opened its own travel agency. Each customer only needs ¥9.9 cents for the guide service fee. Professional tour guides will accompany everyone to visit the Summer Resort and give a detailed explanation of the entire history of Chengde. How persistent and passionate they are about the tourism industry. They also helped me book tickets for the circus performance, which is not only trouble-free but also... You know 😯 The hotel also has its own small leisure yard, which is very comfortable away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
