"We've stayed at this hotel, located on the southern ring road in Chemnitz, before. The room and breakfast were perfectly fine, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, parking is now subject to a fee. Otherwise, we'd gladly stay again."

"In the grim city of Chemnitz, the hotel doesn't help keep morale high. From the moment you check in in the cramped lobby, not to mention the freight elevator, you can feel a genuine DDR vibe. The surprisingly large room is offset by a Lilliputian bathroom. No air conditioning (fan!), no espresso maker, but a huge TV for watching (!?) local programs. The restaurant is a little cramped, but the spaetzle were tasty, and there's even a wine list. The city center isn't far, but it's best reached on foot. An interesting experience for anyone nostalgic for real socialism."

"The service staff was broadly friendly. Unfortunately at the reception we met on a somewhat unfriendly staff. Parking in the adjacent parking house we have Regulated at arrival, with a parking ticket for two days and paid at the reception. After a business visit to Chemnitz the next day, we didn't get through the barrier with our ticket when we returned, i.e. when pressing the button, a new parking ticket came out. At the reception no one could help us, we had to go through the street to a parking company office. As a service we would have expected one of the two employees at the reception that a telephone call with this company will be conducted would certainly have been able to clarify some of us. To get out, we had to pay a new ticket for 10 euros. Totally € 30,00 for 2 days. Is a lot of money! Unfortunately the room was noisy from street noise, although we have ordered an extra quiet room. Eventually there are no quiet rooms! The room was close to the TV. The arrangement would have been possible otherwise. We were twice ,,Good,, Eating in the hotel."

"I have been staying at this wonderful hotel regularly since June 2024. The rooms are just great, the breakfast is top notch, the buffet is lovingly prepared and there is a great selection, everything you could wish for. There is also everything you need for a nice, relaxing vacation, especially if you want to do sports in the hotel's own facilities. I can highly recommend it and will come back again and again."
