"The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, the hotels restaurant was nice as well. My only complaint was the walls were very thin could hear neighboring guest’s children crying and TV."

"Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of "anything else?" etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again.."

"This newly opened hotel offered a decent price for the room but parking consists of Valet ONLY! Daily valet is $17 til 11p (that's when the ppl leave) or overnight $28. If you need your car after 11p, the front desk can give you the keys, BUT you have to park in the valet lane (in front of the hotel) til they come in at 6am and they'll park your car back in valet. There is paid parking nearby for certain periods of time. The front desk said people get towed sometimes, so park at your own risk. The room was clean & looked nice, but it was a bit small. It was comfy enough for an adult and 2 kids (7yr & 14yr old). The hotel has a cute ambiance. The Water Lounge aka the pool is ONLY 2 feet deep! They give you a wristband so they can identify paying customers. There wasn't anyone at the bar to serve drinks. I was at the pool for at least an hour and eventually I saw people coming outside with drinks, but once I went inside I still didn't see anyone. This hotel is close to the aquarium and was a cheaper option for lodging. I would choose another hotel without valet only parking, so that I could come and go as I please."

"I thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!"
