去潮州千萬要住這裏！酒店非常便利，就在古城，離廣濟橋就500米，去古城逛非常方便，管家提前聯繫安排好車位，庭院太美，還給我們安排延遲退房，安排下午茶，非常好，下次再去潮州一定住這裏。

做為攜程最高級別用户，旅行達人，入住過世界各地上百家酒店，這是我認為性價比最不高的酒店，我甚至不知道好評怎麼來的，和我在網上看到的相差甚大，與2000的房價嚴重不符，實屬陰溝裡翻船，就算坐落在景區，也不值這個價格。但不得不説，他們服務是很不錯的，很貼心，服務工作者沒有任何問題，就是整個酒店裝潢以及設施，真是一言難盡。首先，房門沒有反彈裝置，稍不注意，門就大大開着。第二，這麼高的價格，房間裏面連一個沙發或多餘的凳子都沒有，三個人的房間，兩張硬椅子，極不舒適，第三個人衹能躺床上。第三，桌面太小，能放東西的地方太少了，也沒有放行李的枱麪，要麼放地上，要麼放在搖搖欲墜的架子上。4、基本上沒有掛衣區，櫃子太少，整個屋子空空的，極其簡陋。5、最難以接受的是衞生間，太low了，跟農家樂差不多。6、一箇中式園林酒店，居然房間沒有景觀，一個高高的窗户外面就貼着牆面，跟牢房一樣。7、空調出風口向下對着床頭，吹得人頭疼，實在受不了。8、早餐擺盤漂亮太不可口，沒有自己的特色，感覺就是東拼西湊。但這樣的價格，這樣的裝修實在不敢恭維，原本這次想定另一個酒店，結果滿房才入住這裏，實在是非常不愉快的體驗。

被這家酒店的設計驚艷到了！非常漂亮的園林設計，拍照特別出片，房間裏的軟裝很有質感，讓人覺得放鬆。房間空間比預期大，設施齊全，熱水充足，空調製冷效果好。衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨的，讓人住着放心。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，能滿足不同口味需求。服務也是潤物細無聲的那種，不用特意吩咐就把細節做得很到位，體驗感拉滿。

地理位置那絕對是無可挑剔的，就在竹木門後面緊靠城牆，步行到廣濟橋和牌坊街就幾分鐘，找吃的特別方便。
庭院式的環境，特別舒適愜意。晚上出門拍一張酒店樹跟古樓的合影，美翻了。
酒店的服務超讚，管家式管理，行李不用拿，出門都有管家開門回來也在門口迎接。
早餐也是等到客人坐下來一人一份做好抬上來，整體服務特別好。油柑汁也超級好喝。
唯一要改進的地方就是被子有點厚，紙巾盒太小紙也太小了，建議換大點的紙

服務態度非常好，是這幾天旅遊住過的酒店，服務最好的，管家服務有求必應，臨走時雨太大了，前台的小哥哥、小姐姐三個人幫忙我們一家老小打傘遮雨、提行李，小姐姐還幫忙跟本地租車師傅溝通，幫助我們順利取到車，必須五星好評，下次有機會來玩，還住他家。
