The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spotless and fresh-smelling rooms. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the facilities were new. They even have EV charging stations, which is incredibly convenient for electric vehicle owners. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and efficient. Check-in was quick, and they responded instantly to all our needs. This is definitely the perfect choice when traveling with kids, and we'll certainly be back!"

It takes only 5 to 10 minutes to walk to Guangji Bridge and Paifang Street. It is very convenient for eating and playing. There is an elevator to the room, which is quiet in the bustling city. The boss is considerate and enthusiastic, and provides guides for playing and eating. Seeing that my family has difficulty walking, he took the initiative to provide wheelchairs for free. When leaving the hotel, he also helped to contact a taxi to the hotel entrance. Generally, taxis are parked outside the bamboo and wooden door. The hotel is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the smart toilet, the bath towels are clean, and the drinking water is also sufficient. There are welcome fruits, and the local famous tea ”Phoenix Dancong” is also provided, which is very delicious. The breakfast is also very good, all of which are local specialties. The restaurant is downstairs, and discounts are available if you have a full meal. In short, it is a very recommended inn."

"The surroundings are very run-down. Parking is convenient, but the old man in the parking lot is very abominable. He wouldn't let me park in many spots and forced me to squeeze in. Others were parking in the line and beyond, so he asked me to find another spot. I couldn't get out from under him, but he was less than 30cm away. After he left, I tried to move to another spot, but he chased me and yelled at me. He was very aggressive and threatened to cancel my room. The room hygiene was a bit annoying, and the so-called smart phone was stupid. He would play music every time I entered the room."

"As someone accustomed to 4.5-star hotels, booking a guesthouse was a first for me. I initially had concerns about safety and hygiene. After several days of deliberation and thoroughly researching options around Guangji Bridge and the Paifang Street tourist attractions, I ultimately chose Daya Residence. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate and, thankfully, smoke-free. I'd suggest adding an internal lock for enhanced security. However, its location is truly fantastic! It's close to Xima Road, making dining incredibly convenient. Being right within the ancient city and on Paifang Street, it's ideal for exploring both day and night. Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge are just a straight walk away, and Kaiyuan Temple is only a few steps further. The location genuinely couldn't be better. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the automatic toilet was a very thoughtful design! The young lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, whether I had questions or even asked her to assist with taking photos."
