房間打掃得很乾凈，智能化也很好，智能馬桶智能窗簾都有，不敢相信這個價格竟然能住到這麼好的房。
前台小姐姐也很熱情，不僅給我們發了一個很全面的攻略，全程需要幫忙的地方都幫我們順利地解決了。
下次再來潮州，我一定還要住這裏～

抱着試試的心態得到超意外驚喜，預訂前多家對比很少有免費停車場而且還是個室內停車場，衞生環境也是很不錯，設施先進，老闆熱情接待、服務周到。房間實際比網上看的相片還好看，窗户外無需濾鏡即可拍出大片。五星推薦

推開房門眼前一亮，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，裝修很新但沒有異味，很好。離古城衹有不到2公里,打個車或者騎個小電動都是非常的方便，還有就是老闆娘非常貼心的給出出行方案，很贊👍這是我的真實反饋希望能給到有需要的旅遊者！

酒店服務非常差！！！
1.酒店前台讓我們取消攜程的訂單，直接在店裡付錢，就讓我們原房續住，不取消就要換房間，換的房間標註1.5米的雙床我們也能住，但是前台説實際衹有1.43米。
與頁面顯示完全不一致，後來打攜程官方客服聯繫後，客服要求酒店給我們原房續住，酒店不同意，攜程客服直接讓我付款50元給酒店，這50元酒店給我們補，攜程處理問題快速，客服專業太棒了！
2.訂單顯示退房時間下午2點，前台12點30來敲門説退房時間到了，我説訂單有顯示下午2點，她説她們酒店沒有這樣的説法。
真的無語，硬件設施都過得去，就是這服務沒法跟上
