超級臟一進去地上就有一衹蟑螂麻將桌也很臟一打開裏面也有蟑螂沙發看着也臟臟的那個馬桶也是感覺完全沒洗打開那個馬桶墊裏面有黑的污漬淋浴間沐浴露也沒有了地板也有一圈黃黃的東西廚房更加灶台那裡一圈油完全沒擦這就算了一大早九點不到樓上就有人裝修根本睡不了！那個上下床墊子也很薄特別硬

一進房間就聞到房間裏有幾天不通風產生的黴味,房間的床非常無敵的硬,有種睡在地板上的感覺，被子也有黴味。廁所的洗漱杯也很臟,馬桶也不怎麼乾淨。主卧的燈是壞的，不停再閃。側卧的衣架是壞的，徹底沒辦法使用。
剛開始也沒有提供礦泉水，也是我們提了意見才讓阿姨送來的。主人説阿姨每天都會來打掃，可能是阿姨偷懶了吧。
另外房間窗打開就是學校，窗的隔音效果不太好，一大清早就被吵醒了。

整體衞生很不好。衞生間味道很大。床很硬。還有那棟樓還沒出房產證。所以公共場合衞生很難，沒人打掃。
