酒店佔據一棟樓的20-29層，與別家酒店在同一棟樓，共用四部電梯，等電梯需要一點耐心，電梯比較破舊，體驗很差。房間內無桌子，也沒有椅子，衹有一個小茶几和一張小沙發，洗臉枱枱麪超級低，彎腰洗臉非常不舒服。房間內投影是擺設，打開不能正常看，與微信管家諮詢後，也沒有解決，草草睡一晚，第二天一早就換酒店了。

270度大床房，是公寓式酒店，在20-29樓 前台在29樓。房間的視野是很好的，寬敞明亮！能看橘子洲頭一部分，和平堂、新世界百貨就在樓下，交通是非常方便，步行都能到達五一市中心，房內設施較普通，性價比還可以

不足之處： 1、沒有電話機，加了前台微信，有事直接微信聯繫。 2、插座太少，不方便。 3、沒有小童一次性拖鞋。 4、裝修比較粗糙，牆面發黴、乳膠漆／牆紙脱落。 5、這棟樓有幾家酒店，共用一個電梯，電梯沒有梯控，電梯廳也沒有安全門，任何人都可以進任意樓層，接觸到任何房間，安全性很低。衞生狀況堪憂。 6、退房是12點，不是下午2點。 7、被套洗的不是太乾淨。 和圖片介紹的，🈶一定差距。 優點： 1、酒店有停車場。 2、工作人員反應比較及時，響應速度快。 3、工作人員服務態度還不錯。 4、高鐵南站過來，30-40分鐘，地鐵站到酒店10分鐘，旁邊就有長沙最著名的商業街和古街，衣食住行都還算方便。 5、住宿價格性價比還是比較高的，這個價格，也不能要求太高，對標快捷酒店吧。 總體評價： 如果滿分是5分的話，給4分吧。

和家裡人來長沙旅遊，酒店衞生乾乾淨淨，非常喜歡💕地理位置離五一廣場近，我們去大笑劇場走路幾分鐘也可以到，出去哪裡玩離地鐵走路幾分鐘就可以到地鐵站，非常方便，服務人員非常熱情❤️敬業！強烈推薦！！！

酒店和郡曼酒店 是同一棟 前台在29樓辦理入住，前台工作人員很熱情，退房時我們手機落在房間了主動聯繫我們，酒店有免費的停車場，要是有開車開的朋友這個就太方便的，因為五一廣場這邊找個停車場比找酒店還難，酒店的價格 非常合理，性價比很高，儘管價格相對較低，但服務設施卻一點都不打折扣，真的是物美價廉。總之這家酒店是我住過最好的酒店之一 無論服務地理位置，設施還是價格 ） 都非常出色，我會強烈推薦這家酒店給所有朋友和家人

服務態度不錯，很熱情。入住前還專門打電話告知酒店位置。 離地鐵站不近，而且那個地鐵站出入環境不好，好在離五一廣場近，走路可達。
