I recently stayed at MUYI H Hotel, and it was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve had in China. I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake. The hotel is old, worn down, and dirty. The facilities are poorly maintained, and the overall hygiene level is far below acceptable standards. To make matters worse, in an apparent attempt to save on electricity, the air conditioning is frequently turned off — even during hot, humid weather. When we complained, we were told they were “letting fresh air in,” which is ridiculous considering the rooms are sealed with no windows. After our feedback, they briefly adjusted the temperature from a central control, but then sneakily turned it off again. Sleeping in that kind of heat was unbearable for everyone in our group. The beds were also extremely soft and uncomfortable, leaving all of us with backaches the next morning. Even in a tough economy, compromising basic guest comfort and cleanliness is not the answer. By doing this, you’re only pushing your customers away. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs — regardless of the season. Whether it’s summer, spring, or winter, the conditions are unacceptable and unlivable.

Due to the recent significant changes in weather in Hunan, with a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and varying levels of perceived heat, it is important for you to pay attention when going out. The hotel entrance is on the side and can be reached from exits 7-8 of Wuyi Square. The front desk staff is Yuan Yuan and the service is enthusiastic. I will come back next time I have the opportunity

When I came to Changsha for the second time, I stayed at the Muyi Hotel in Changsha. The room was large with a bathtub, and the night scene was beautiful. nina, the little sister at the front desk, served me intimately.

The bathtub is 1.5 meters long, and I can lie down completely, which is pretty good for a bath. The room is quite large the bed is very soft, and there's nothing to complain about. I changed date of bookings with the hotel. I got the confirmation from trip.com. When I arrived, the hotel staff said they have no records. I felt very angry.

This hotel is strategically located nearby the popular Wuyi Square & IFS building. Surrounding with Shopping Malls & Eateries. Walking distance to Metro Station. Hotel front desk staffs are cheerful & friendly. Fast & smooth during check in. Room is very spacious with large bed size. Well housekeeping, nice & neat cleaning by the staffs. Wash room & toilet is large space with bath tub too. High flooring 15-24 level with city view. Breakfast serving buffet style but can be improved better with more varieties food serving. Overall recommend to be first choice hotel when visiting here, CHANGSHA MUYI H HOTEL!

No heating system in the room, and it’s freezing! Don’t recommend this hotel unless it’s summer time.
