Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客您好！首先感謝您選擇易佰連鎖旅店，由於您的特殊原因，沒能入住本酒店 ，深表遺憾，但是酒店也是有規定的，房間也是整晚給您保留的，您18點前如果未入住，您自己可以免費取消的，但是您行程有變，取消的時間非常晚了（已經凌晨了）我們的房間已經保留到這個時間，不好再次售賣，所以很遺撼不能同意您的全額退款要求，望見諒！

When the paper towels are used up, they can be refilled for free. The air conditioners are all Gree brand, and the cooling effect is also very good. There are many people staying, and most of them are children and parents. It is inevitable that the noise is a little loud. We have also tried our best to communicate with the parents.
