I had a stopover in Changsha and booked the Fairfiel Marriott Hotel. I booked and got a big room with Kingsize bed and a fantastic view on the 7th floor. The check in in english language was okay, the service gentle and kindly. The room was perfect, clean and well aranged, nothing I did miss. The designer paid attention to a lot of small details. I hope I have a chance in the futre to comback to this great Hotel.

I had to go downstairs to pick up the medicine I bought for tonsillitis late at night. The front desk refused to deliver the takeaway food. Is it difficult to get a delivery robot upstairs? I did not experience the hotel's people-oriented, sincere and considerate service tenet. I felt bad staying there!

After visiting Yuelu Academy in the evening, I drove here to stay in this hotel. The parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is close to the express road, but the sound insulation is very good and it is not noisy at all. I slept until dawn and went downstairs for breakfast. I felt suffocated after staying there for a night, and the air conditioner can't adjust the cooling mode. I woke up at 3 am at night because it was too hot and stuffy. I couldn't sleep for a long time. Moreover, the toilet has no ventilation circulation. After going to the toilet, the whole room can't get rid of the smell. This is too bad.

The location is in Meixi Lake and very close to Hunan Grand Theater. This is better.
