No in room dining, only 1 restaurant option. Often only 2 elevator working, stopping 7 to 8 times on average, big waist of time. Nice rooms but very unconvinient.

The hotel service is very user-friendly. First of all, we were given a room upgrade before arriving at the hotel. Our small check-out request was quickly met. The guest service manager Huang Jian Cetus gave us the best solution within our schedule, which not only gave us a good rest, but also added a lot of fun to the subsequent itinerary.
