HanTing Hotel (Changchun Kaiyun Street Wanda Plaza) Reviews

We stayed in Room 410. Strong smell of 2nd hand smoke so we changed to Room 411 the next day. Rooms faced main street, so a bit noisy. Hotel and facilities all clean and good. Reception and daily housekeeping good. Free 4 bottles water daily, 1 coffee & 1 tea sachet. Good breakfast on 6th floor, 7-10am. To reach hotel by metro, use line 3 to Huxiqiao station (actually light rail not subway). Walk about 12 mins to hotel. Only 1 exit, won't get lost. Lots of car repair/paint shop opposite hotel. We used buses more than metro trains. Like other Hanting hotels, this one is also value for money. Wish they have hooks in toilet, just outside the shower for hanging clothes.

The rooms are clean, well equipped, good breakfast, walk to the hill only takes 10 minutes. The staff can't speak English but are very helpful. Especially the female staff whose wechat name is 招财猫的铃铛 (I forgot to ask her name😅) was very helpful and called a car to the airport for us. Thank you very much.

The room was freezing cold, and the elevator to the 6th floor was still broken.

On the day of check-in, the front desk asked me to apply for a breakfast code, but in fact, I didn't need to do that. I could just use the room number. The front desk took my phone and asked me to use a bunch of verification codes for something I didn't know what they were for. I applied for a Huazhu account and a Star Membership. I also added their WeChat, which was all voluntary. After asking, they said that the membership was not newly registered. I consulted Huazhu customer service and they said that it can only be done when checking in. I didn't have a Huazhu account before, so I don't know. Is it their task? But you told me no and I didn't say I wouldn't do it. What does it mean that you took my phone and operated on it without my permission? I will never stay here again, everyone please pay attention⚠️

The sanitation, environment and service attitude are all excellent. I have stayed here many times, and I always stayed in a business king-size room before. This time, we booked a twin-bed room. It was so noisy, so noisy, it felt like I had slept in a truck dump bed for a night. There was the constant sound of cars whizzing by. I thought it would be better in the second half of the night, but the quieter it got, the noisier it became. I couldn't sleep at all.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway station and the mountain walk, and the breakfast is complete. The only regret is that the bathroom exhaust fan is broken

The room was very satisfactory and the breakfast was good! Quiet environment and warm service. It is recorded that Youshan is very close to Wanda.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good. Wanda, Zheyoushan and the subway are all within walking distance.
