It’s really near to Guilin street. It was good

Great for a couple of nights. I chose for the location near the gentrified hutongs now full of coffee shops, markets and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet, surrounded by a shopping mall with restaurants. Taxi is best to get here as the nearest metro is 15 mins walk. Self check in, collected the key from the mailbox 📫 good facilities … sometimes slow WiFi.

The apartment was nice and clean, the owner was very kind and we enjoyed it very much.

Great flat in a great location

Owner is very sweet and helpful.

1. The cleaning of the room was very poor. Basically everything was covered with a layer of dust and there was a layer of dirt on the floor. 2. There is no dressing mirror or makeup mirror. The mirror in the bathroom is blurry. 3. The overall layout of the room is not well designed and the air conditioner is placed at the head of the bed, which is a headache to use. 4. It’s really weird that the sewage drain pipe of the washing machine is directly discharged into the bathroom. 5. The faucet on the sink is not fixed and is not easy to access. The sink is small and water sprays everywhere. 6. The bathroom has no blinds or curtains, so the whole room is bright as soon as the sun rises. It's so bright that I can't sleep.

The room was very good, and the boss was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room. I recommend everyone to stay in the largest room, which has great windows.

We spent a long time looking for this hotel, the address is not quite correct. DO NOT TRY TO FIND THE ROOM YOURSELF, call the hotel phone number right away. Then a girl will come to you, give you the key and take you to the room. But the hotel representative was quite attentive and courteous, she quickly responded to WeChat, answered all questions.

We stayed at this hotel, very friendly staff, always ready to help. Good location, there are supermarkets and a beautiful view of the city at night. I recommend installing we chat, without it it will be problematic to communicate with employees and check in to your room.

There is no free water and the bathroom is only 1 square meter. The sewage smell is very loud and disgusting. The bed is very hard and it says 40 square meters. In fact, it is less than 20 square meters. The service is very poor. I have vacancies. The house has quality problems and does not allow you to check out. It is a hotel level value for money. It’s really bad. It’s not recommended to call Ctrip for check-in. The customer service patiently told me that this is called a shared area. It’s really funny that I haven’t encountered a hotel in so many years that dares to say that its room is a shared room. Ctrip staff need to improve their training and business capabilities.

The room is very spacious and the environment is nice! It is very close to Nanhu Park, and it is in Eurasia Life City. Shopping and consumption are very convenient. The transportation is also very convenient. The boss is also good!
