"We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived and staff were always warm, attentive and engaging. Rooms are beautiful and very well maintained, albeit the standard rooms are a touch small. Excellent buffet breakfast and a fine dining experience at the restaurant in the evenings. The Carnac beach is a block away, as are all the town amenities."

"A nice hotel, with modern quite spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a balcony, reasonably well equipped though no tea / coffee machine. A bit spartan on electric plugs especially for travellers who have a decent amount of tech with them. Parking is on site, and breakfast was excellent as you might expect from a Michelin starred kitchen. What is worthy of note though is that we did not get any warning in advance from the hotel that their restaurant would be fully booked for dinner both nights that we were there. In our many years of experience with quality establishments, the offer to book in advance, or warning that it is not possible is what we have come to expect, especially as this is not a budget hotel. It is interesting that the description of the hotel on Tripadvisor doesn't mention the Michelin restaurant, and in fact points guests to dine elsewhere. All rather odd, as if the management make a rather arbitrary (slightly arrogant?) separation between 'tourists' and 'fine diners'. "

"We stayed one night and received a very warm welcome upon our arrival around 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool, as it had just closed. It's a shame it wasn't open a little later. As for the location, it's perfect: the view of the salt flats is magnificent, the sea is very close, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is attentive, helpful, and very competent. Breakfast was simply perfect. We were still able to enjoy the pool in the morning, from 9 am to 10 am, before our departure. The pool circuit is truly excellent, especially thanks to the hydromassage jets. Finally, the cleanliness is impeccable, and having a clean and free parking lot is a real plus."

"We chose to end our stay in carnac with a treat dinner in the beutiful l'eskell having passed it in the week. We were a little nervous from some reviews and taking teens to a 4 star fine dining experience. We shouldn't have worried at all. The staff were all lovely, super helpful and spoke english though we did our best with our french. The sommelier was particularly nice and generous with his time for the kids as well as the gorgeous wines (wish i'd taken pics!), he even jogged out of restaurant to help with pictures. We'd go back again!!"

"Off the Ferry early. waited in Roscoff to buy some things from the Market. Brilliant fruit/veg and friendly people. I like Roscoff. Pretty complicated route to Carnac, but Hotel easy to find. Big Car Park. Early Check in, upgraded room, very nice beer Fabulous weather. Room had a couple of presents on the bed, appreciated. Reception excellent, English spoken throughout. Amusing watching people hike up the hill to see the Menhirs!! I liked the separate toilet. Big bed and excellent outside area. Two bottles of water in the room, the pool was very nice too. Being France the meal was pretty expensive with a nice bottle of wine. But it was excellent, The Chef can cook!! Breakfast was a high standard and plenty of it. This is a very nice Hotel. The staff are lovely. I usually ride in Spain, but I'd come back to Brittany to stay here."

"We arrived at this accommodation directed by ******* due to a mix-up with the property we booked. From the photos, it looked like a good location, but instead, awaiting us was a large engine room below the studio apartment level and a nasty, smelly swamp under our terrace. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacked essentials like hand soap. The next morning, after not sleeping all night due to the deafening noise, we asked reception for a room change and were told it wasn't available. We immediately changed hotels, and when we checked out, as if by magic, the room was available. This shows that even the staff isn't very customer-focused. It's a shame I can't attach videos to prove what I wrote."
