"We stayed one night and received a very warm welcome upon our arrival around 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool, as it had just closed. It's a shame it wasn't open a little later. As for the location, it's perfect: the view of the salt flats is magnificent, the sea is very close, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is attentive, helpful, and very competent. Breakfast was simply perfect. We were still able to enjoy the pool in the morning, from 9 am to 10 am, before our departure. The pool circuit is truly excellent, especially thanks to the hydromassage jets. Finally, the cleanliness is impeccable, and having a clean and free parking lot is a real plus."

"Our first visit to Carnac and the Tumulus. What a great choice it turned out to be! The staff were the most friendly and helpful we encountered in France this year - nothing was too much trouble, and we were made to feel welcome. Location is exceptional, near the tumulus, but still an easy walk into town. Plenty of free car parking, and bicycle hire is available too. Our room was one of the newer ground floor rooms, which was quiet and spacious, and perfect for us. We did not master the heating/cooling system (the room was very warm even though the weather wasn't), but it was our fault that we didn't get round to asking for assistance. The weather also meant the pool was a little chilly, but the setting is every bit as nice as the photos show. The restaurant was closed on the day we arrived (Monday) but we had been told in advance. Dinner on the second night was very enjoyable, and the service was as we would expect. Breakfasts were also excellent and properly staffed. Happy memories all in all, and we hope to return before too long."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Diana in Carnac and had a pleasant overall experience, with a few areas that could be improved. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linen, and all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel also has a private car park, which was very convenient, and a lift, which I particularly appreciated as I was recovering from a torn ligament. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a nice menu featuring local produce and well-seasoned vegetables. On the downside, the sound insulation between rooms could be much better. From around 3 a.m., we were kept awake by noise from the room above, where it sounded like guests were running around or dragging furniture. In the restaurant, a full slice of lemon rather than just a small wedge would have been appreciated with a dozen oysters, and serving butter alongside them would have been a nice touch. Finally, the gym could use some attention, as it has no ventilation and the equipment is quite dated. Overall, Hotel Diana has many strengths, including comfortable rooms, helpful facilities, and a good restaurant. With a few improvements to soundproofing and some small details, it could provide an even better guest experience."

"The hotel is very handy to both Carnac Ville and Carnac plage, being a comfortable 10 minutes walk from both. Our room was modern and quite spacious with a small outside balcony. Breakfast was good, but not cheap at €21. Only complaint was during our visit it was over 30 degrees. There is no air conditioning in the room and no fan was supplied, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable."

"We arrived at this accommodation directed by ******* due to a mix-up with the property we booked. From the photos, it looked like a good location, but instead, awaiting us was a large engine room below the studio apartment level and a nasty, smelly swamp under our terrace. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacked essentials like hand soap. The next morning, after not sleeping all night due to the deafening noise, we asked reception for a room change and were told it wasn't available. We immediately changed hotels, and when we checked out, as if by magic, the room was available. This shows that even the staff isn't very customer-focused. It's a shame I can't attach videos to prove what I wrote."
