The most amazing thing is that it is located on the cliff, the view is completely unobstructed, and the scenery is particularly magnificent. In terms of the internal environment, the sanitation of the hotel is very good, it is cleaned everywhere, and it is very safe to live. The facilities are also very good and perfect. The fly in the ointment is that the swimming pool is a little smaller, but overall it is still not hidden. Whether you want to enjoy the holiday scenery or the convenient function, this is a great choice, I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming. As we were the last guests to check in that day, they asked us if we had eaten as soon as we entered the room. They also upgraded us to a sea view room with a balcony for free. The room was large and clean, much better than the photos. Breakfast was a la carte, and some were also available for pick-up. Overall, the experience was very good."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

"The room is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Capri (the upper station of the cable car). It is in a big courtyard of a family home. The environment is good. The room is also clean and tidy. Nothing wrong with it. You can squeeze fresh orange juice for breakfast, which is good. The boss/boss lady is very nice. It is worth noting that there is a considerable ups and downs on the way to the upper station of the cable car, which may be tiring if you pull a suitcase. But anyway, such a room on this island is really worth it. If I have the chance, I would like to stay a few more nights"

"I now want every hotel I stay in to have a small, personalized boutique feel with a cozy, high-end restaurant on the roof overlooking the sea. The service was excellent, and the rooms absolutely lovely. The tiny bar made fantastic drinks, and when we returned to our room after dinner, candles were lit, romantic music was playing, a rose was on the bed...the hotel team knows how to make the stay feel special. It may not have some of the services that a larger hotel can offer (e.g., full-service spas, large fitness centers, multiple restaurants), but I enthusiastically will give up all of that for what a high-end boutique hotel like La Minerva offers--perfection in detail. I've been trying to find hotels closer to home that can replicate the experience--so far no luck! We may just need to wait until next time we can make it back to La Minerva in Capri."

"La Palma Capri is stunning, but security is a serious concern. Cash disappeared from my room and I later learned other guests had the same problem. Staff brushed off concerns, were reluctant to act, and only called police after I pushed. At this level, overlooking guest safety is unacceptable."

The location is very good, just near the center of capri town, my friend and I are taking the cable car to capri town, walk 4 minutes between the down (and the following slopes are mainly), you can walk with your own luggage. In addition, to the popular attraction Augustus Garden, the via krupp net red path is also very close, just a few minutes walk. 2. The hotel and the room are very clean, the bathroom toiletries are very good, there is a local herb smell, very comfortable ～ 3. The hotel includes breakfast, the restaurant has a good view of the sea, the variety of dishes is quite rich, there are fresh fruits, and the waiter is very polite. 4. When leaving, you can ask the front desk to help call to make an appointment to send your luggage to capri taxi station, 6 euros per piece, and then walk to taxi station by yourself, which saves money and～ also saves effort! 5. The front desk staff, met 3 people very nice, very helpful. Recommended ～"

"Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. Highly recommend."
