The best hotel

Facilities: Water leaks, which turns into a water curtain hole after taking a shower, spreading from the toilet to under the bed. The next morning it was still full of water, showing the leakage! First, I was put into a room that had serious glitches. Shortly after checking in, I discovered a water leak in the room, which not only affected my stay but also caused damage to my personal belongings. What's even more shocking is that when the service staff helped me report this issue to the hotel management, I got a very blunt response. Not only did management fail to proactively resolve the issue, they refused to provide me with any form of compensation for the damage caused by the leak. I have reason to suspect that this unfair treatment is motivated by racial discrimination. While I hope this speculation is wrong, the way the hotel management treated me and handled the situation makes me doubt it. Maybe they all deliberately left the faulty rooms to us... Good food. The hotel is located 7 minutes walking from the center, which is great. The only thing that would draw attention is that the suite was very close to the reception, but it was not a problem that would hinder the trip at all.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The outdoor area was also a highlight — a lovely garden that made the atmosphere even more special

It was a very nice experience to stay at the Hotel Villa Pergola. The Hotel stuff was very willing to help, very friendly and gave us valuable insider Information about the Island Capri. The room was very clean and has nice typical furniture. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose. We would love to return!

Beautiful place to stay . Difficulty navigating location but very kind staff come to help us . Welcome drinks in the gardens .Enza was so kind and showed us places of interest to visit . Later sent us restaurant recommendations. We were offered an upgraded room With balcony with stunning views over Capri. Pool wasn’t up and running as it was a bit early in season but expected this . Option to have breakfast in room was a lovely touch. Overall and great choice to stay very comfortable rooms and in gr8 location for central Capri . Well done to all the team for going over and above . 5* treatment x

We loved our short stay at Villa La Pergola Capri. Everything , From the welcome, checkin to the rooms n the breakfast, the View, it was all just perfect. Guisy & Enza were amazing hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended. ❤️

Nice stay. The hotel needs some maintenance, but it’s very comfortable and very well located. Congratulations to the staff, Enza and Giusy, that made our stay special. Very professional, sympatyc and available, they can make the difference.

Bed was super comfortable (also for us who need 220cm length). Bathroom needs some renovation but other than that, our room in the garden was very pleasant. The staff are really accommodating, going above and beyond to organize everything possible in order to have a good holiday. Also very good chef, French toast was to die for! Breakfast was delicious and very varied, you could order a la carte as well and choose plant based milk as well. Definitely recommended, we are coming back!

Great stay. Super hospitality. Fantastic staff. Location is close to the city centre but still very calm. Nice views. We were given a warm welcome and recieved an upgrade as well, which was a pleasant surprise. 10/10 breakfast with a lot of options.

It's only a 3 star hotel but its location is near perfect for Capri and the staff and cleanliness make up for its imperfections. The girls on reception gave us restaurant reccomendations and Carlo, from Sri Lanka, did a great job attending to breakfasts. Would happily go back.
