"The apartment was nicely furnished, including an iron and ironing board, but very cramped for four people with luggage. The view was beautiful! The room had been superficially renovated, and the grout in the shower and the corners in the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning (mildew/limescale). The sliding doors were also very stiff, and one lock was broken. The outer lock worked, but didn't seem very professional or secure. The infinity pool is fantastic – fabulous view! A few things need repairing – the shower by the pool, the entrance gate, the light in the toilet, and some of the loungers were completely unusable. If you can overlook the above issues, it's a great property on a beautiful coast! The parking space in the garage is excellent. The staff at check-in/check-out are very friendly."

"Driving from Monaco to the hotel involves coming down a hill, which is easy to get lost on, and the GPS signal is poor. The hotel only has two floors. We stayed in a suite, and the air conditioning was very weak, practically nonexistent. The kitchen and living room were connected with a balcony, and the air conditioning there was decent. The room was spacious, but very expensive. Hotel accommodations are expensive in August."

"I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. In contrast, the driver was more friendly. The room was dusty, and the Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction."
