We booked one night for our stay in Banff. The location was very convenient, just a few minutesโ€™ drive from Banff town. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and we truly enjoyed the stunning morning view as the sunlight sparkled over the ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the lack of an elevator made it less convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Booked, 6 rooms and requested first floor for no elevator. I came first and my other group came later. Per staff, all rooms filled. So i thought my group will all be in second floor. Only to find out i was the only one. :(

Great modern hotel in a good location. My only suggestion would be to have a place where you can take your rubbish given that the rooms aren't serviced.

Great renovation interior compared to the old building outlook and comfortable beddings. One thing before check out there was big noise and shaking because of construction.

We booked 4 consecutive nights. During the 4 days, the hotel did not provide cleaning service. The front desk will remind you before check-in! We booked a family room. The most comfortable thing was the big bed that can accommodate three people. We slept very well every night. The sound insulation is also very good!
