I couldn't use the accommodation due to a flight cancellation caused by heavy snowfall, and no action was taken even after I verified it. Of course, it was my bad luck that I couldn't go due to a natural disaster, but it ended up being a place I wouldn't want to use in the future.

The room is clean. Location is walkable from Sapporo station. I like the massage chair provided in the room.

If it has luggage storage service, I would give a 5-star rate. The location is excellent. It just a few minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I also want to complain about the incorrect information provided by Trip.com. It said the hotel was luggage storage service and I booked It mostly for this reason. It interrupted my plan of trip when I found there was no such service after checking in.

Wow what a rad and comfy place to rest my tired body after cruising the streets of SAPPORO Will STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. BIG COMFY rooms WERE A BONUS and of course the people at the hotel were amazing

The location is very good and very close to JR Sapporo. But there is no socket at the bedside🔌 To connect to Wi-Fi, you need to turn on the TV (the signal is so poor that you can’t even open the picture) Basically, it is also served by 🈚️ The faucets are bilateral, one is cold and the other is hot, you need to control it yourself. I thought it was in the UK? Is this Japan? I can’t think of any advantages 😅

Located in the center of Sapporo, Hokkaido, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is very good. Someone cleans it every day and towels can be changed every day. There are daily necessities downstairs for you to take by yourself, and the hotel front desk will answer any questions you have. Breakfast is ok, don't have too high expectations, but it is full!

The hygienic environment is poor. The bathroom was seriously flooded after taking a shower. Two towels were completely wet. The location is not very convenient.

This is a budget hotel with acceptable basic services. The hot water kettle is leaking and needs to be replaced. It will be arranged immediately. It is snowing heavily outside and the room is very warm. It can be recommended.
