The location of the hotel is great — not too far from downtown. It’s walkable, but driving is definitely faster. The place is clean, and the service is excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel’s restaurant-bar serves delicious food at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Located near the town area, within 5-8mins walk. There’s a hot tub and sauna for guests. Highly recommended

location is quite far from town proper. hot tub is too small, and nothing great about it. room is quite bigger though, but nothing much about it.

Very nice staffs with good recommendations of foods and site seeing around. Hot tub is small but still nice. Breakfast choice from the restaurant is limited.

The view is first-class, the front desk service is efficient and polite, but the soundproofing is poor.

I only stayed one night in a hurry, but it was very clean, well-equipped, and had a bar and hot tub. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and I would stay there again if I had the chance.

The hotel is located on the east side of Banff Park, about 24 kilometers from Banff Town. It is outside Banff Park and needs to enter and exit Banff Park. It is more convenient to have a park annual pass. The hotel room is large, with coffee and drinking water, and a microwave at the front desk.

The hotel is new and clean, with unique design. It is also very convenient to Banff. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy.

Hotel Parking is first come first served, the hotel area is quite large, there are many parking spaces! The hotel adopts Self check in & check out, the whole check in process is made by their own website, and then the day of stay will receive the hotel send the password directly to the hotel, no need to contact the hotel staff / queue waiting to check in, very suitable for i people😂 Overall room is very clean, and very large!

The room size was just right, but the facilities were a bit worn out. The breakfast restaurant was a bit disappointing; there wasn't much to eat, and it was too basic.
