Font d'Argent Canillo
"Stayed here for a short, two-night stay and it proved to be a great first experience in Andorra. It is easily reachable by public transportation from Andorra la Vella as it is located on the main road and it’s also great basis to visit the famous ******* bridge and the Roc del Quer viewpoint. The room was super comfortable with both a bath tub and a shower and lots of storage space. Especially enjoyed the breakfast with lots of local tastes and flavors. The reception staff was a highlight, they went out of their way with kindness and hospitality. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if returning for hiking in the nearby gorgeous mountain ranges."
Serras Andorra
"We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again."
L'Ovella Negra Mountain Lodge
"The restaurant offers very careful cuisine: very good product, without excesses, preparation that does not mask flavors. Also recommended homemade desserts. The place is very nice and cozy. They have a terrace with beautiful views of the Incles Valley. It is the first time we visited outside of the winter season and it was very pleasant. Reservations are essential. And even with a reservation they are very strict with the schedule."
Hotel Roc Meler
"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Although I was given a corner seat, the service and facilities were quite good. The hotel has a paid spa, but I didn't have time to go. It's a traditional ski resort hotel, and the breakfast was quite plentiful, including Chinese Pu'er tea. There's a beautiful spot in the hotel with panoramic mountain views. If you're lucky, you might be able to snag a free parking space. Otherwise, the hotel has a paid parking lot, as land is expensive in Andorra."
Obaga Blanca & Spa
"There’s no way this hotel can be 4 star - where’s the hotel inspector? Very misled by the listing details - for example reference to spa & fitness centre - simply not true. The hot tubs & 3 pieces of equipment available to use for exercise at best could be described as domestic style/ home gym (but this is still stretching the truth). There is no food available out of the strict breakfast times & of an evening it’s frozen pizza reheated. At 4 star level it’s not unreasonable to expect high end breakfast options - not over ripe bananas taken out day after day & hot dog sausages cut up - please! The only Spa option was massage by local provider By Kalma on set days. Suite itself was ok save for the tiniest ensuite possible & kitchenette locked & only available at additional surcharge of 10€ daily… Shuttle bus availability also misleading - a small battered camper van available during 8am - 5pm (collection at agreed meeting points …) my disappointment matched with anger that this hotel can deceive the public like this. Charging for water another gross insult. Water & complimentary snacks are commonly available in hotels even with less star rating than this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, such cheapskates!"
Ski Plaza Hotel & Wellness
"Perfect location and great service, all staff is very friendly. Great breakfast buffe and dinner buffe too, the kids loved it. Good common spaces, cozy bar. The room was spacious and the bathroom awesome. Perfect that you Ian keep you skis in the basement and also dry you ski boots, all very convenient."
Hotel Bonavida
"Avoid Hotel Bonavida – Terrible Service, Zero Care for Guests (Especially Families!) My recent experience with Hotel Bonavida in Andorra was an absolute disaster. If you're considering booking here, think twice—this hotel's payment system is broken, their customer service is non-existent, and they have no concern for their guests, even families with small children. I booked a confirmed reservation through an online booking site for my family, including a small child. Then, out of nowhere, I started receiving repeated emails demanding that I update my card details. I followed their instructions, updated my card multiple times, and each time, the system confirmed the update as successful. Yet, I kept receiving the same demand to update my payment details. When I called the hotel, Candela (a staff member) provided no solutions whatsoever—she simply repeated that they needed to "run the card." I explained that modern banking security requires a PIN or app approval and that my card could not be charged without it. Instead of offering an alternative solution, she refused to help and just kept repeating the same failed process. I even tried a different debit card, which was also confirmed as successfully updated, yet the same issue persisted. I called the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. Then, without warning, I received an email saying my reservation was automatically canceled due to "invalid payment," despite all confirmations that my card had been updated successfully. The reality of staying at Hotel Bonavida: If you're traveling with a family and small children, do not trust this hotel! You could arrive only to find out they canceled your stay with no warning. The hotel does not answer calls when you need help. The staff offers no solutions and is unwilling to assist when their payment system fails. Their flawed payment system cancels confirmed bookings, even when the card is valid and successfully updated. No apology, no assistance, nothing. We were left at the last minute, in the evening, scrambling to find another hotel for our family. We spent over 20 hours trying to fix this issue, updating cards, calling the hotel, emailing, and troubleshooting—only to be left with no reservation. This was not a misunderstanding—it was systemic incompetence and complete disregard for guest experience. When traveling with a family, especially small children, reliability is key. This hotel is anything but reliable. Avoid Hotel Bonavida at all costs! There are plenty of hotels in Andorra that actually value their guests—this is not one of them."
