We had asked for a Room with King bed which was confirmed on Trip.com, however, upon arriving, we were provided a smaller room with two queen beds. Given we were just two people, we did not want a room with two queen beds when our booking was actually for a room with a King bed but they didn't honor it and said given you booked from Trip.com and not directly through them, they cannot guarantee any room which is appalling. The response was very rude and the service was pathetic, they do not even provide water. Never recommend.

Very good location, close to the bus station and the road to the beach. A little in the back, so it is quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from the cafe or noise from the cars. You can have breakfast from the menu. A good place to stay for 2-3 days

Changed rooms twice, reason: bed dirty, covered in hair. Reception stressed. The third room was acceptable.

This is a room with no toiletries and no wash cup. There was no blanket, just a thin sheet. Paying the room rate for three people only provides items for two people😡 The sheets were dirty. Avoid pitfalls, the store is in a small alley, not as good as the picture shows
