Great location, renovated rooms, very clean and tidy. But the neighborhood has been left to rot, there are old unoccupied buildings right next to it

The shower space was almost impossible to use. The light in the shower did not work. All the shampoo, soap, conditioners very difficult to open. The management issues room keys to my room. This disabled my key. UNEXCEPTIONABLE 

There are constructions ongoing at the building. Walking around the building is slightly uncomfortable.

Great experience

Conveniently located, just a few minutes drive from the airport. The room is large, with plenty of space and complete kitchenware, but the bathroom has a slight drain smell. Breakfast was crowded and messy

The room is very large and spacious, apartment-style, hotel-style management, with a front desk, breakfast, and security. It is suitable for business, family, couples and other travel. I booked a one-bedroom apartment, but was given a two-bedroom apartment. The living room is large, there is a kitchen and two bathrooms. Very few foreign hotels can have both.

It was just built in July 2024, so it was a very clean hotel. It is a residence type, so it is equipped with a mini kitchen, microwave and tableware. The bed is fluffy and comfortable. Two 600ml bottles of water are replenished every day. The rooms are also cleaned pretty much every day. The shampoo and treatment are displayed as half-used products, so it would be better to bring them from Japan.

The location is very close to the airport, which is convenient for catching a flight. It is a suite with an open kitchen, but the room WiFi cannot be connected. I don't know if the front desk registered it wrong. I tried various combinations but none of them worked. I was too lazy to find the front desk to connect. It may be a problem with the location of the room. The mobile network signal is also not good (I used etisalat, which only has 3G signal and can't access the Internet at all. My friend used orange, and the 4G 2-bar signal is OK). The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, which are separated well, but the place for toiletries in the shower room is broken, so I can't put anything. There is a little water accumulation, but everything else is OK.

It was very clean and spacious. I arrived much earlier than check-in time, but they let me into the room. The room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. I'd like to use it again.

Second time staying here. One day when I was having breakfast, I forgot my chest bag with my passport and money in the breakfast room. I remembered it an hour later. I rushed to the front desk and found that the chest bag was well kept by the front desk manager. This service level is beyond words. Thank you very much! This time, we also changed to a bigger room. The room is well decorated, clean and quiet, very satisfied. There is a small supermarket downstairs, where you can buy water and snacks at normal local prices. The Chinese restaurant next door is as delicious as always.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The room is normal. But the bathroom is trash! Water pours out of the shower onto the floor and does not drain out of the shower bowl itself. The drain is clogged, and the shower faces the glass door and, accordingly, water pours onto the door, but the door does not close tightly! The whole floor is in water! The whole floor. I had to wash it and give away the towel several times! HORRIBLE! The room was on the 4th floor It is impossible to sleep at night! Disco under the windows until 4 am! Screams, shouts, laughter - all night! People in Cairo do not know what order and law are. Breakfast is normal. Transfer to the airport is 8! Dollars per person! Uber - 2 dollars. I do not recommend it to spoiled travelers

New apart-hotel in the Heliopolis area near the airport. Small lobby, bar and restaurant. Pros: + friendly staff + new hotel + excellent comfortable beds Cons: - despite the newness, there are many unpleasant small defects: the door to the bathroom is warped, the water from the shower drains slowly and eventually floods the floor; - the most unpleasant thing is a very strong noisy ventilation in the bathroom, which cannot be turned off; both appeals to the staff did not help to solve the problem; - food smells in the room from previous guests due to the presence of a kitchen; - stupid organization of the room space. Overall, a strong discrepancy between price and quality. I would not recommend it given the cost of accommodation. There are larger and more interesting hotels of the classic format in Cairo.
