Rooms good size only problem was we could hear people next door talking and walking in room bit off putting

The location is excellent, right in the old town, within walking distance of all attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel also provided toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch, and the bathroom was very spacious.

Fine, but in the parking lot I had a problem with going on Christmas dinner dates.

The rooms were adequate. The door wasn't soundproof enough. The breakfast was good and complete, although we missed the fruit and variety. The spa didn't work, and the sauna was discounted, which we thought was reasonable. Parking isn't required; you can park nearby.

Very old hotel, super tight parking and uneducated staff. Very good location and very high price, they take advantage of the Albacete festivals.

The location is not as good as that of its competitor NH Palacio de Oquendo, but the facilities and quality are much better. Very good quality/price ratio

Very close to the attractions, 5 minutes walk to the square and commercial street. The hotel room is very clean and the front desk service is also great. If you are not satisfied with the room, the front desk will immediately help you change to a suitable room

Modern hotel, very new, with spacious rooms, very well located and with the possibility of public parking under the hotel itself. All staff very friendly. To put it another way, the mattress on the extra bed was very soft. Surely we would repeat.

Excellent location, very close to the historical city center. Even though the hotel is large, it is quiet and peaceful. The staff is attentive and friendly. Study comfortable beds and nice linen.

Hotel and staff perfect in all aspects, you can't put a single but. Dinner with live music on Friday very pleasant. Our stay was a pleasure.

Fácil acceso con parking. Desde el hotel se puede recorrer todo el casco histórico a pie. Muchos locales donde ir a comer, tomar algo o ir de compras en un rango de menos de 1km. Con spa, que aunque no es una maravilla, puedes disfrutar solo con los tuyos previa reserva. El servicio es agradable. No comimos en el hotel por lo que no puedo opinar de la comida, pero es preferible recorrer el centro y buscar otros sitios para comer o tapear, hay muchos. Como punto negativo, a veces en la habitación, había olor a cañería, aunque no siempre. Salimos contentos con la estancia y la visita al casco histórico de Cáceres. Recomendable
