The facilities are so-so. The staff are very unfriendly and uncomfortable. The customer service is terrible. It would be better if there was no breakfast, and the beds are so creaky and cold that I don't want to go there again because the front desk responds indifferently.

I had a relaxing time at Hotel Hermon. Overall, it was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The in-room styler made it even more convenient to manage my clothes, which was a huge plus. The staff were also friendly and quick to respond to any needs I had. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to on my next trip!

The parking lot is nice and spacious, but it's quite noisy outside at night. This could be because the building is on a low floor.

The facilities are clean. The parking lot is small. There aren't many restaurants nearby. The towels and pillows smell like money. The beds are amazing. It's a spring bed, but the mattress is perfect for a studio apartment... And the fragrant singing outside the window... It's noisy all night. I can't stand the sound of drunken, swearing. I heard two men and two housekeepers. What kind of karaoke room was built like this, so the soundproofing isn't great. Ah! The rice cake soup for breakfast was delicious. It's free.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the bedding was clean. Eggs were served for breakfast, and they cooked them directly in the rice cooker. It was really delicious. I plan to visit again during the Gunhangje Festival next year. I am completely satisfied.
