The lobby is located on the second floor. The facilities are very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. No particular nice view as the building is surrounded by large residential/hotel buildings. Towels, shower gel+shampoo and hair dryer are supplied, but the rest is as option : slippers, toothbrush etc... need to be purchased. The room is like an officetel, with a kitchen but neither the induction plate nor the washing machine can be used for short-term stay. There is no water bottles in the rooms, but there is a nice water filter machine in the kitchen.

Arrived at the hotel at 2:35pm, the receptionist asked us to pay 10k won for early check in. We refused since it’s only 25mins to 3pm but at the end the receptionist let us check in without paying extra fee. Location is good, many restaurants nearby, eMart, GS25 and Olive Young are within walking distance. Room is spacious but disappointed with no exterior view. Stayed for 2 nights but they did not refill the bottle water on the second day. Washing machine and cooking stove in the room are not allowed to use. No wifi provided. Free coffee voucher is given but limited to americano or tea only. Toiletries is provided, love their shampoo scent. Check out at 11am and free luggage storage available at the lobby.

The location is great , just beside the emart. Near to the haeundae station, a short walking distance. But the entrance is not very easy to find. The ocean view from the room is beautiful. The room space is big and the environment is very quiet , we can rest well. Just troublesome to put rubbish inside the plastic bag instead of dustbin. If there is a blind in the kitchen , will be great. It is very bright when after the sunrise. We had complimentary coffee and a free mini essential oil.

Honestly cannot complain for the price. Great experience.

I do not recommend living here at all, it is very dirty! We rented apartments in this building, but from another company and were happy, then we decided to stay in Busan for another day and decided not to go far, just rent in the same building for another day. You can see the result in the photo. It is very dirty, dust everywhere, it seems like the windows have never been cleaned. We got an apartment with a view of the construction site, so it is very noisy. Plus, please note that you cannot cook or wash in the apartment, and if you want to do this, you will have to pay extra. There are only two mugs and two glasses of dishes, that's all. For one day we resigned ourselves to it and decided that we would not go to the reception to ask for another apartment or cleaning, but if you want to stay for a long time, it will be hell. Pros: 1. There is a reception on the 34th floor, if you have questions, you can contact them directly, and not write on the trip. But it works according to a schedule, not around the clock. 2. You can also leave your suitcases there for free if you arrived early and can't check in yet 3. There is a laundry and shops on the first floor, there is a cool coffee shop across the street. Overall, the area is cool, everything is within walking distance and the sea is nearby. 4. There is also a swimming pool on the 34th floor, it was included in our booking, you could swim for free. But the weather was bad, so we didn't use it 5.

Conveniently located on Haeundae Street, there are many restaurants nearby, there are Olive Young, Daiso, and there is a convenience store downstairs from the hotel. The hotel is located in a commercial building

The location is excellent and the room is very clean. The hotel will send you room information on the same day. You can check in by yourself, or you can go directly to the 34th floor of the top floor to check in with the front desk staff, and then confirm the room floor. The room number information will be released at 13:00 on the day of check-in. I received the e-mail around 00:00, and further information such as luggage storage time and room wifi password were not received until around 18:20 that day. This requires special attention, so if you arrive very early, please pay attention to their luggage storage. It was only available after 10:00 in the morning The first floor is emart24. Enter through the door on the right side of the store, walk along the wood grain wall to the elevator and go upstairs (because the name of the reservation is different, I was suspicious and walked in and out many times. Thank you to the security guard for your help and guidance) Because there are two layers of windows, the external sound insulation effect is good, but the sound of walking upstairs is very obvious. I didn't sleep well on the first night because of it. I was woken up by the sound early in the morning. Light sleepers should be careful But the overall space of the room is very satisfactory. The water pressure in the bath is strong enough and it is very hot. There is also floor heating in the room.

Apart from anything else, this hotel has a really good location, right in Haeundae, with a snack bar downstairs, and is less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. However! When checking in, be sure to pay attention to your email/Ctrip Butler message to check your room number and password. This hotel is now self-service, with no front desk and no staff! ! It's hard to contact the hotel staff! ! ! The wind force of the hair dryer in the room is not as strong as the wind outside...

It was nice and clean, but there was only one elevator, so I waited more than 30 minutes when I checked out. It was on the 28th floor, so I couldn't go up the stairs, which was a problem. The room was clean.

The room we were assigned by email was not cleaned up when we arrived at night. It was dirty and messy. We didn’t know where to find the staff. No one answered the phone… Later we contacted Ctrip customer service and it was solved. The hotel lobby was under renovation so there was no front desk and we didn’t know where the service staff was (I later found out that the hotel staff was in room 405 when I checked out and stored my bag) The location is quite good

We're a backpacker couple, so we decided on a place close to the station after much deliberation! ⭐️40 minutes from Busan Station ⭐️2-3 minutes on foot from Haeundae Station ⭐️5 minutes on foot from Haeundae Beach 🙂Good points - Lots of places to eat, such as restaurants, cafes, and markets - Close to the beach - The accommodation is warm and cozy, and the beds are very soft - There's a middle door, so the hallway noise isn't too bad 🙃Disappointing points - There are two elevators, so it's very crowded during check-in and check-out times - Since it's a busy area, there's a lot of motorcycle and car noise until late at night (window side) - There was a water purifier instead of a refrigerator, and although the mugs were nice, I wish there were paper cups (I couldn't wash the cups because there was no detergent) Other than that, I liked it so I want to visit again next time~

Very close to the MRT station. The room is clean. The 2 large suitcases can be fully opened. Eating and shopping nearby are convenient. I put towels, mineral water and garbage bags into large paper bags every day and hang them on the door handle. I feel that I will not be disturbed.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is also very close to Haeundae Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. There are many options for eating nearby, and most of them are open until early in the morning. The transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway station, only 3-5 minutes walk.
