"Love the location of the hotel, right opposite the malls and shopping streets. Breakfast spread not bad, but i wished they change the menu daily. By the third day i was quite bored with the selection. The staff were friendly and nice. But i think they can improve to stop taking everyone’s passport for data protection. Don’t understand why need everyone’s passport when other hotels are not doing the same though. They also really strict and check that the towels are not “taken”. I had asked for extra towel but they didnt deliver, so i took one from my mother’s room next door. Upon checkout was shocked to hear that we needed to pay an amount for the missing towel. Hmm, this is something again that other hotels don’t practice. Generally the hotel is old, think they can do better on the maintenance of the facilities."

"Google says it's a 4-star hotel, but it's more like a 3-star hotel. As a non-smoker, you'll be incredibly bothered by the smoking in the lobby and elevator. Furthermore, the hotel is outdated, and with only one working elevator, it's a long walk to your room. You also have to call reception several times for requests. And you have to wait a long time for change if you order something in the lounge. The hotel has a good location, but I wouldn't book here again."

"First off, this hotel is squeaky clean. You will see the staff mopping and wiping the entire day. The caosule is modern and has a sci-fi feel. Has sockets and charging ports inside. Very quiet even though it was very close to a mosque. Has a nice communal area. Coffee and tea free flow in the lobby. Owner speaks excellent English and very friendly. Close to lots of street food and restaurants. Walking distance from the clock tower."
