GGuest UserLocation is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

GGuest UserGreat location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

HHONG LIANRoom a bit old need to upkeep. There are many small cockroaches in all our rooms. Bedsheet, pillowcases & towels are yellowish in color.

GGuest UserWho has a homestay can't say good, the tone is really high wkwkwk, recently I was a customer but was stunned, although the position is annoyed, the room is still empty when the application, but there is a stuck, even if I paid, the refund money can't 🤣🤣🤣
