Alexia Suite is an absolute gem in Bukhara. Its location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main pedestrian street and all the major historical sites. The hotel itself is a beautiful fusion of traditional Bukhara architecture and modern luxury. The rooms are stunning, combining authentic design with top-notch amenities like heated floors and rainfall showers. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Great 3 nights stay at the lovely Alexia Suite Unesco heritage list hotel. Really convenient and inside the old town but not too close of the busy area so really peaceful hotel. The young reception guy is really smiling and helpful. The terrace is really appreciable where you can read and enjoy the freshness of the morning or evening. Our room 102 next to the lift (not noisy) is really spacious with twin beds and sofa, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower and bathtub (no amenities as it is an eco-responsible hotel with no plastic usage).

Great hotel in a very convenient location! I really enjoyed my stay at Alexia - the room was big and well furnished. The hotel was clean and modern. Highly recommended!

今回の旅で一番良いホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんとても素晴らしい方々で、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。
旧市街地に近くて利便性がよいです。食堂が世界遺産というだけあり、とても素晴らしい装飾でした。部屋には1人がけソファー２つありました。バスタブもあるので疲れがいやされます。ブハラに来られる方に絶対おすすめです。
またいつか泊まってみたいです。

Прекрасный отель в самом центре Бухары. До всех достопримечательностей и самых вкусных мест - рукой подать. Отличный завтрак, новый ремонт, приветливый персонал. Единственное, были сложности с телевизором, который никак не хотел подключаться к WiFi. Очень советуем.

酒店前台職員英文不太好(除了早班的經理)，我到埗後的第一日上午，已向前台經理付款USD 15安排車在我離開當日(早上04:15)送我到火車站，但結果並沒有給我安排
房間很大，很光，很潔淨，但洗澡只有天花板淋浴，這點不太理想
餐廳職員細心友善，記得客人需要

我們寫了郵件表達對溝通的不滿 而且對於服務態度感到非常不滿 回郵件的人 非常粗魯 讓我自重 因為我們沒有結婚證 單開一間房要我們自己承認自己的錯誤 還説要在攜程投訴我 這酒店神神祕祕的 啥都用郵件溝通 也從來不説誰叫什麼名字 感覺很像******開的 *****的
