Hotel Iman ★★★
"Very helpful and pleasant staff all around. For us, breakfast options was limited but adequate. The Room itself was very clean and ample of space. Location of the hotel is well within walking distance to the main heritage sites. Not to close and not to far."
Bakovul Heritage
"It’s a lovely, clean hotel run by a wonderful family. We arrived very early in the morning, even though check-in wasn’t until 12 pm. They gave us our room immediately and even served us breakfast, which was delicious. They also bake their own amazing bread. A special thank you to Shohjahon for taking such good care of us during our stay. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends."
Boutique Hotel Minzifa ★★★
"A little off the main street , good option regardless. Consider to stay if to want a mandrasa experience"
Latifa Begim Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"This hotel is tastefully decorated in local tradition. Looking beautiful. Rooms and furniture are basic. Bathroom is small and when the whole hotel is full with people the bathroom stench is unbearable. We stayed in the ground floor room. I had to run to the bathroom on the main building to brush my teeth and use the toilet. Even though it is non smoking hotel the guests are allowed to smoke in the small courtyard, right outside the rooms which travels in to the rooms. If you are allergic as I am, sleeping with a mask isn’t comfortable. Breakfast is the n the weak side but okay. Staff seem to be made of students. They are respectful and helpful. Location is the premium thing about this place."
The Silk Road Terrace
"This is a relatively new hotel. The breakfast was decent, although there weren't many hot dishes. The room was okay, the duvet was a bit thin, but the heating was excellent. Disposable slippers were provided, and the hygiene seemed alright. The price was good too."
Munis Boutique Hotel ★★★
"The hotel itself is very good, clean, and tidy. The breakfasts are good, the location is simply superb, and the staff is responsive. Overall, I recommend it. The only downside was the WiFi. We stayed in room 13 on the second floor, and the WiFi only worked normally by the window; the reception was very weak. Meanwhile, the WiFi from the neighboring hotel was fine. Unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn't help us with this. There were no issues with the WiFi on the first floor."
Mercure Bukhara Old Town ★★★★
"Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also."
Makon Art Hotel
"Everything was great – cleanliness, service, and location. We stayed with our family and kids. The staff was very polite."
Bobosh Boutique ★★★
"The hotel is located in the Old City, and taxis can pull right up to the entrance, which is very convenient. You can walk to any attraction in Bukhara from the hotel, making its location excellent! The room was clean and tidy, a good size for two people, with enough space to spread out our luggage. The staff were very attentive, patiently listened to our inquiries, and helped us resolve our issues. Many thanks!"

Orient Star Varahsha
"A large, modern hotel with generous breakfasts and a very popular location (though far from the historic center: taxis are a must). Not recommended if you plan to stay in Bukhara for more than a day: the rooms have a single small closet, no drawers, no safe, and you have to open your suitcases on the floor. Sergio and Neva"
Reikartz Bahor Bukhara
"A typical chain hotel, plus it's close to the airport and there's a nice park opposite for a walk."
Hotel Shams
"Breakfast was delicious. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but that was no problem. The water server was at room temperature, but you could drink it any time."
Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bukhara
"Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere. However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing. Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained."
Bukhara Baraka Boutique Hotel
"Upon arriving in Bukhara, we initially wanted to check into the Bukhara Baraka Hotel, but as soon as we entered our room, we were immediately turned away—there was a smell, dust, and everything! After speaking with reception, we decided definitely not to stay there. Rudeness and insolence are an understatement. I do not recommend this hotel!"
Grand Bukhara hotel
"It is about 2km away from the old town, so we took a taxi to get there."
Goziyon Hotel & Hostel
"It was okay, but the shower wasn't great; the hot water pressure was low. However, in Bukhara's hot weather, it didn't really matter that the water wasn't super hot. The owner was quite enthusiastic, so it was still pretty good overall."
Hotel Al Amir palace boutique
"The room matched the promotional pictures and was relatively clean. The pillows weren't very comfortable; travelers with high standards for pillows should probably skip this one. Breakfast was decent, typical Uzbekistani food. It wasn't a buffet; the hotel provides a separate set meal with boiled eggs, naan bread, dried fruit, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot tea. The room got very hot in the summer; it took a long time for the temperature to drop after turning on the air conditioning. The bathroom was quite small. The hotel itself is relatively new and has a unique decor. Overall, for the price, the stay was very good!"
Qamar Hotel
"The environment is great, the owner is very kind, and the family-style breakfast is delicious."
Turkman Madrasah XIX Century Hotel
"Very clean"
AIST HOTEL
"The location is superb, right in the heart of the tourist area. It was a great base for sightseeing. The food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent with no issues at all."
Khan Hotel Bukhara
"The room was very clean, but there were stairs to go upstairs and no elevator. But it was only on the second floor so it was not a big problem. The breakfast was good 👍, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming"
Omar Khayyam Hotel
"The room is small and clean. Breakfast was very good. The price is more expensive. If you stay in a similar hotel outside the city, you will save one third. The front desk arranged us in a room facing the street. The noise on the street kept us from sleeping at 11 o'clock. I told the front desk that there might be another room available the next day. The next day he said there was nothing he could do."
Kukaldosh Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is located in the ancient city and can walk to all major attractions. It was originally a very advantageous location, but because the ancient city is undergoing road renovation and road repairs, the roads are broken and closed, so online ride-hailing vehicles are unwilling to enter. Hopefully the road will improve after it's repaired. The hotel staff were polite and spoke good English. On the first night, there was a sound of boiling water in the room. After I reported it, I was immediately moved to another room. The staff was very friendly. The hotel entrance is hard to find, it is recommended to have a sign at the hotel entrance. Although the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, it is very rich and delicious, with both Western and local foods."
Mehrob Hotel Bukhara
"Locared in center of old town so convenient to all scenic sots. The owner is kind."
OLD Street
"The owner was very friendly, and the room was clean. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in Bukhara Old City. Because we checked out so early, at 4:40 AM, the owner helped us call a taxi to the train station – a big thumbs up! I'd suggest putting a trash can in the room, otherwise it's inconvenient to take out the trash."
