"I stayed for two nights, and the retro, homey atmosphere was just as pictured, and I was satisfied with the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area on the fourth floor had an open, airy feel. It's also a good base for sightseeing, as it's about a five-minute walk from the Rabbi House. While I didn't encounter any danger, the hotel's location in the Old Town, down a narrow alley, means it gets dark and quiet after dark, so if you're concerned, please be aware of this. Others have mentioned that taxis can't come to the front of the hotel, but I specified the location on Yandex Go and they came right up to the front of the hotel. (It was around 2 AM, so there may be traffic restrictions, such as daytime restrictions.)
Also, since I was leaving late at night, they said they'd deliver a lunch box the night before, but they didn't. While the hotel has the charm of a family-run, homey atmosphere, it seemed like the owner handled all customer service alone, so I guess you could forgive any minor imperfections."
