"Me and my bff had really good time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, both the breakfast and dinner were tasty. The hotel's surrounding is beautiful, and well-maintained. There was always available parking spot in front of the hotel. The staff was kind to us. The wellness area was perfect. We are definitely coming back."

"We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room."

"Booking and early check-in were easy. Rooms in the main building were a bit dated but OK. Everything was very dark. Main pool was too cold and thermal pool closed. Food was very good. Cocktail bar was great too."

"We have never had such a negative experience with a hotel before. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving just 24 hours after checking in. A significant part of the garden was closed off due to construction work, which was a major letdown for us and especially for our children. The “dragon disco” – a favorite activity for them – wasn’t held in the park as advertised, but instead in the lobby, and only for a very short time. It felt like 1/10 of what was promised. In the evening, a sewage pipe burst in the basement near the playroom. It took an hour and a half before we were able to return to the ground floor without wading through water. To make matters worse, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway in front of our room on the 4th floor. One positive: the bed was extremely comfortable (10/10). Overall, though, the conditions were not what we expected, and we could not stay longer."

"The location is completely outside Hungary and feels like a golf club resort. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen, one doesn't work, and the cleanliness seems to need to be improved. Room condition is not bad. Is it the feeling of visiting a rural grandfather's house?? It was well organized, but it felt lacking in neatness."

"We travel very much and are not particularly demanding, even if the price for this hotel is very low, you can still expect it to be clean and the rooms are clean. English is a world language and should be spoken in a hotel. We have left early because the rooms are very cold, heating is not likely to work properly, the mattresses are a pure spuming edition, the flow in the shower is stuck, so the shower has caused a flood, The rooms have not been cleaned. The wellness area, which is definitely no one, is cold, very old and hard wooden beds, fungi and dirt in every corner. This hotel has to be urgently restored. The food was OK, the server overburdened with 20 guests so you had to wait 25 minutes for his mineral. Very, very disappointing and really not to recommend further"
