"The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are a bit old. When you turn on the shower, there are three water jets. The room doesn't have slippers, internet, or even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall, the environment is worth the price."

"I must say that it was a fairly good experience overall. There were aspects I appreciated, but there were also some notable drawbacks. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I found the rates to be quite fair considering the hotel's location and amenities. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, making check-in easy and smoothe. However, one aspect that left me quite disappointed was the pricing of the meals at the hotel's restaurant. While I expected some level of premium pricing due to the location, I found the cost of meals to be extremely high. I also dont know where there is a TV set in the room when it shows no channel On the whole, it is a decent choice for accommodation with fairly good rooms offered at fair rates. Though one might want to explore dining options outside the hotel which might be a more budget-friendly."

"The environment and customer care are perfect on top of most services being affordable . Good and speedy Wi-Fi, free breakfast, good security, etc. I surely recommend any one that is visiting home to take time and try out this Riviera hotel , it’s just amazing and satisfying "

"Such a nice place to stay. We had beautiful rooms with great mosquitoproofing. The beds were spacious. Our lodge had a beautiful morning view overlooking lake Albert and the fishing villages. We also went to the chimpanzee trekking which was so cool. The dining area and pool were so well done with decorations and atmosphere. Richard, Morris, and Racheal made our stay amazing and we were in love with the different crafts they sold at the shop. We will come back soon hopefully!"

"Only 1 bottle of water in room for 2 people. Has AC-great! No one knows the name of local plants. Waited 2 hours for our meal to come-hungry…angry. Had to tell them this was unacceptable and we had 2 staff watching us the whole time and no one noticed we didn’t get food? Only one channel on tv. Then when I turned it on in AMthere was a message across the center of screen saying watched program for 8 hours and I couldn’t get rid of it despite resetting the TV. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast at 6:30AM was not ready when we went there at 640. If fact they were setting it up the whole time we ate. I would not stay here again!"
