"This was our second visit to TUI BLUE Budoni, having stayed last year too, and it was lovely to return and see so many of the same staff. Everyone was just as friendly and welcoming as we remembered. Our room was lovely and clean, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. We also noticed some great improvements since last year, including the new shades around the smaller pool and the water refill stations at the bars – both fantastic additions. The food was another highlight. As a family who can sometimes struggle with food choices, we were really impressed by the variety and never felt we were left without something we could eat. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, bringing out plain spaghetti and alternative ice cream flavours for our children. It was those little touches that really made a difference. One little moment that really stood out to me was when I went to lunch alone one day. Before I had even asked, the waitress brought over my usual drink. It was such a small thing, but it showed just how attentive and thoughtful the staff are, and it made me feel really looked after. The pool area was great too – we never had to fight for a sunbed, everything was always clean and well looked after, and the snack bar was perfect for days when we didn’t want to head into the main restaurant. We particularly liked that music was only played occasionally, so the pool area remained relaxed and peaceful. Our son also made great use of the football pitch every evening, which was a real bonus for him. Unfortunately, one evening our son was unwell, which ended up in an ambulance being called. We can’t praise the hotel staff enough for how amazing they were. They were incredibly caring and supportive, and even offered to come to the hospital with us if needed. Their kindness and reassurance at a stressful time meant so much to us. Overall, we absolutely love TUI BLUE Budoni and can’t wait to return again next year. The three of us stayed in a three-room apartment with two bedrooms (4 places in total) and a living room/kitchen, with a view of the sea of ​​Porto Ottiolu. "A pretty place with a quaint harbour where all the action is, alongside a private beach and public beach. Good bus routes which are reasonably priced but the buses do run a restricted service due to a daily 5 hour siesta. Not lots to do in the sense of shopping but some nice places to eat and nice walks. Quiet during the day but comes alive at night with music and some lovey stalls from the locals."

"We chose this residence for our Sardinia vacation from among several properties offered by Iper Viaggi, even though they were part of Blu Sardegna. I feel fortunate that we only had to pay for water, electricity, and gas, which were not particularly low for the period. We had a travel voucher and a deposit, which was later refunded at the end of the week, even though we hadn't been informed in advance. We hadn't been informed in advance that the pool wouldn't be available until mid-June, but that wasn't a problem. My review is very low for several reasons, which I'll explain now. First of all, we requested a first-floor apartment and were given a ground-floor one, but overall, it was located in a quiet area. I think this residence deserves fewer stars from all travel booking systems because the prices they charge from mid-June, and then July and August, are not commensurate with the residence and the apartments, which are quite dated. Our apartment was very basic, even though it had everything we needed, but the furniture was old, and the kitchen was stained, so it was definitely old. We walked in and the hot water wasn't coming out, so they had to intervene because they'd never turned the water on to test it. The shower had red water because it hadn't been run; a shower door was broken, as was the shower flush; they had to intervene to fix it. The light in the kitchen-living room was so dim that we asked for it to be replaced, but the one they installed flickered for a while every time it was turned on, and it was irritating to the eyes. The bathroom had a very strong, nauseating smell for the whole week; despite their intervention, it never went away. We tried an odor-control spray and kept the door closed all week, but the vent couldn't absorb the smell. We initially thought it was the washing machine, for which they didn't give us instructions, but we never used it even though we paid for that too. Maybe it was the sewer system, kissa'. As if that weren't enough icing on the cake, the first night we found three cockroaches and a spider on the bed, probably due to poor housekeeping and the fact that the pest control wasn't done despite the fact that they've started to have people booking vacations. These things need to be done in advance. I should mention that even though my husband killed them, I wasn't comfortable the first night, and I thank my husband for talking me out of it, because I would have changed accommodations the following day. Luckily, the sea made up for everything else, and it was a very pleasant vacation. As a residence, I wouldn't recommend it at all."
