Location is good, staff was friendly and helpfull, but the room was dirty.

Positive about Soho Boutique Hotel are: Great location. Close to New York Cafe. Metro station is just 150m away. Breakfast is abundant and of great quality except for coffee. Restaurants nearby. Cons are: limited number of Car Park. Instead of asking security deposit by cash or preauthorisation they require your credit card with ccv.

nice staff, good location but some equipment like hair dryer and shower head and air conditioner don’t work well

I booked double room, room is small 20m2 with old fashion style but bed is good hard. Towels and shampoo are availeble. What is nice is procelist of minibar normal prices as at restaurant.

Hotel is good only if going to use it for sleeping. Small room. Room was looking tired from guest. Breakfast was amazing(joke), every day same food. Five days in a row have to eat eggs and sandwiches. Doesn’t worst that money. 100% will not come again

The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars at all. The standard room is already ruined: the door to the bathroom is sagging and may soon fall, the doorframes are broken from below, the walls are stained in places, the sofa is also not the first freshness. A standard room with one bed is 2 single beds placed side by side, covered with one sheet. Only the beds are on wheels and move apart, so there is a problem if you sleep together, only in your own half. No water, only in the minibar for money. Breakfast is buffet, but it’s the same every day, and if you stay for a long time it can get boring. So I give the hotel a maximum of 2-3 stars. There is no kettle in the room, it turns out you have to ask for it at the reception.

Everything was perfect except for the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived there were horses in the shower drain and hair on the floor. The next day, even after putting up the sign to clean the room, the hair in the shower was still present and the vacuum cleaner and mop were not used because there were still hairs on the floor and traces of flip-flops... The fridge was leaking water and therefore water stagnated inside.

It's good value for money. Breakfast is also good for the price. The room is a bit small, and the refrigerator is broken and the bathroom is leaking a little bit, so it's annoying. It's okay for sleeping. The air conditioner is cool and the staff is friendly.
