"The receptionist was very uninformative, when checking in, they didn't inform us that if you bring a car, you have to bring a parking ticket, while the car park is very far from the hotel, because it was close to work hours, I couldn't take it and went back to the hotel lobby again, but luckily I met a friendly mall security guard so I told him about my complaint and conveyed it to the parking attendant downstairs so I didn't pay 100 thousand.
