Such an incredible hotel right in the heard of Brussels. Would absolutely stay again. The rooms are well appointed with lovely bedding and great in room amenities.

great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs at reception. Secure car park, car park entrance has size limitations for car. Breakfast is ok, a few additional asian options, order from menu such as dim sum, waffles etc, also inclusive from buffet breakfast price.

We stayed here for 6 days. The hotel is located at the center of Brussels. Just a few steps away from a famous walking street, Rue Neuve where you can enjoy shopping, eats and extend your city walk to other charming areas including the iconic Manakin Pis, Grand place, and pedestrian zone. If you travel during raining period, they offer a free rental umbrella for 48 hours and you can return and rent it again for free. Room is comfort and spacious. Breakfast is EU standard with hot meal. Free still/sparkling water is available at the lobby.

Amazing hotel, good location, nice rooms and shower facilities. 24 hour gym is awesome but lacks a swimming pool. Still 5/5

I went with my girlfriend for one night, and the room are very beautiful and in the very centre of Brussels. The weak point it was the heating system that wasn't working properly and there was not a brush for the toilet.

The hotel is very good in all senses, the services is very good and nice to stay in.

This was a great place to stay, it was close to shopping, to several museums, and many restaurants.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious, the service was excellent, and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it!

The location is very good, there is the Wolf Food Market right opposite, and it takes only 8 minutes to walk to the Grand Place in Brussels. You will also pass the Saint-Hubert Arcade in the middle. It is also close to the food street of the Pee Girl, which is very lively at night. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there is enough space for an extra bed. The hotel's inner courtyard has a patio and is very comfortable.

The service is OK, the room is not very big, the facilities meet the requirements, and most importantly, the location is really good.

Pros: The room was in good condition and offered a great value. We arrived at 9 a.m. and were assigned a room, which was excellent. The room was quite large and comfortable. The gym was well-equipped and well-equipped, including fruit. Cons: The room contained a small refrigerator filled with various drinks, which served as the minibar. We took out the Coke and put it on the table, then put our yogurt in the refrigerator. When we returned that evening, we found it locked. We contacted the front desk, who explained that the refrigerator was not allowed to hold guests' own food, only items from the minibar. There was a detector inside, which automatically locked the door, and they said it would be difficult and expensive to open. We assumed this was a standard rule for Belgian hotels and were terrified our deposit would be deducted. However, our Ctrip booking clearly stated that the room included a refrigerator. We later called Ctrip, and thanks to Ctrip customer service, they helped us contact the hotel and the deposit was not deducted. Of course, the refrigerator has been out of service for the past few days. Since this was our first hotel on this trip, we've been asking at all subsequent hotels if we can use the refrigerator. Other hotels were surprised by our problem. Overall, except for the problem with the refrigerator, everything else is good.

The location is convenient. My room looked out onto the hotel courtyard, which was quite quiet. The breakfast was not very good.
