We had to call over 5 times just for one extra towel and room service; although we tipped quite generously (5USD per night), the service was still extremely mediocre, with the bedsheets left unchanged for all five nights that we stayed at and often not managed properly. Also they don't offer any meal service, only some OVERPRICED starbucks items. Their swimming pool is also EXTREMELY tiny and the worker was super unfriendly (they're only friendly on the first night). I really do not recommend this place for those planning to stay for several days; there are way better options around Boston (I stayed at 3 hotels during my stay since I had to move across different states)."

Breakfast was simple, the bed in the room was very high, there was a large supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel, and the tram stop was very close."
