the location is great, easy go to the center by walk or transfer to other place by train. but it’s not clean enough… their mattress sheets and pillows may not have been cleaned… my whole body was red and itchy after i slept, it’s like i was bitten by some insect… what‘s more ironic is that they will ask for an additional cleaning fee of €6… it isn’t written in the content in booking pages, that’s not reasonable…

Tons of bed bugs on the bed, no refund for the cancellations caused by bedbugs.

This is my second time using this hotel. Very convenient, close to the station. This is the best place to stay in Brno.

I stayed only one night and it was a good experience. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the Brno Grandhotel station where buses arrive and depart to and from other cities, such as Vienna and Prague. Clean and spacious room, clean bathrooms and showers, with hot water always available. Small area with kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a set of plates and cutlery. Rooms with safe, locker, and small sink.

The location and the many nearby stores were convenient, but I wasted time due to unnecessary issues during the check-in process. It wasn't just me, but other Koreans also had the same issue and the check-in process took a long time.

I stayed here on a solo trip. The building was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The bed had curtains, so I could sleep comfortably. I think it was good for the price.

I think this hotel is very good. Even the single bed is very large and has a bed curtain so no light can penetrate. There are lockers in the room but they are relatively small, so the suitcases have to be placed under the bed.

The bed sheets were comfortable and had a pile-like feel. The bed also had curtains with excellent light blocking properties.

Overall it's good, the shop is easy to find, right next to the train station, very clean room, very quiet. The private space is good, and there are kitchenware and a public rest area

Good location, close to the station and centre. Main issue was there was no staff at all in the hostel the whole time we were there. We had a slight issue trying to get into our room and called the ‘online reception’ who to be fair was quick to help us into our room. But generally felt a little bit unsafe as there was no staff and not many people staying the hostel anyway. We had a 4 bed dorm and only myself and my friend were in it. The room was nice and clean, small kitchenette outside our room. We read reviews of people complaining about bedbugs but we didn’t have this issue thankfully. Just overall a very strange atmosphere to the place but if you’re not bothered by lack of staff then would probably recommend staying here as good location and cleanliness but myself and my friend both felt there was a strange eerie atmosphere here.
