This is my second time using this hotel. Very convenient, close to the station. This is the best place to stay in Brno.

I stayed only one night and it was a good experience. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the Brno Grandhotel station where buses arrive and depart to and from other cities, such as Vienna and Prague. Clean and spacious room, clean bathrooms and showers, with hot water always available. Small area with kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a set of plates and cutlery. Rooms with safe, locker, and small sink.

The location and the many nearby stores were convenient, but I wasted time due to unnecessary issues during the check-in process. It wasn't just me, but other Koreans also had the same issue and the check-in process took a long time.

I stayed here on a solo trip. The building was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The bed had curtains, so I could sleep comfortably. I think it was good for the price.

I think this hotel is very good. Even the single bed is very large and has a bed curtain so no light can penetrate. There are lockers in the room but they are relatively small, so the suitcases have to be placed under the bed.

The bed sheets were comfortable and had a pile-like feel. The bed also had curtains with excellent light blocking properties.

Overall it's good, the shop is easy to find, right next to the train station, very clean room, very quiet. The private space is good, and there are kitchenware and a public rest area

Stayed for 3 nights in a private room. Based on other reviews, and the hostels own website, I had high expectations for this place. I hope the following honest review will help them do better in the future. I’m usually a very positive person, who loves to promote well deserving businesses. I’ve also stayed in hundreds of hostels in my life. This hostel has potential, but really seems to be lacking basic pride. And it is far from “luxury”. Pros: - Great location next to the main train station and a large shopping mall. - Thomas and Patricia at reception were very friendly and welcoming. They are the definite highlights of the property. - Good sized, clean room (#5) with a cool view of a busy intersection. - Bed and pillow were comfortable. Cons: - Bad wifi. Comes off and on constantly. - Water (or urine) all over the floor in the men’s 2nd floor washroom for the entire 3 days I was there. Doesn’t anyone clean or fix things in this hostel?? How are you supposed to sit on the toilet without your pants getting soaked?? Basically, anyone who uses that washroom will be standing in urine and then tracking it throughout the building, including into the rooms and potentially onto the beds. Yuck! - A communal shower was right behind a wall in my room. And it looked like a rat or cat died in the drain. Never cleaned for the entire 3 days I was there. I thought this hostel prided itself on cleanliness and hygiene?? Again, VERY gross. - No soap in the shower dispenser for the 3 straight days. - No paper towels in the 2nd floor washrooms for 2 of the 3 days. - The bedroom door has a large cut out in it and lets in lots of light when you’re trying to sleep. Poor design. - No desk in the room. - Far too expensive for what you get. If breakfast, laundry, or even a cup of coffee was included, it would have been a little bit better. But for 145 euro for 3 nights, I definitely recommend staying elsewhere. *Because of how dirty the toilet areas and showers were, for my own peace of mind, I didn’t feel comfortable trying the breakfast, even though I was originally planning on having it each morning I was there. So I cannot give any feedback on that. But I hope everyone who had it is safe and enjoyed. My best wishes to this property. They have a lot of work and coaching to do.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE A’HOLES EVER (ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN’T SELECT ZERO STARS) After making a booking over 6 months in advance, they have now decided that they cannot provide the booking I made and are actively REFUSING to even communicate about refunding the booking at all. In short, spend your money ANYWHERE else and put them out of business.
