So disappointed!! No shower gel the first day, then the next day when we make the comment we are told that we could have called them! Well yes, hairy in the shower I'm going to call them. It was indeed replaced but that's the only thing because no extra coffee that we had to ask for and above all all the napkins had been removed but not replaced!! In short, very expensive for zero service

Very warm welcome, spacious and clean room.

The decoration and layout of the hotel are superb. Dark colors which give a modern and classy atmosphere. The room itself is really very large and pleasant. In terms of equipment, an espresso machine and a kettle are available in the room with 2 coffee and tea pods. Access to a gym is possible until 9:30 p.m. The only downside: access to the swimming pool for a fee, 25 e per person and for a limited time... Too bad. This spoils the picture a bit...

Great location to be close to the airport, not far to travel to everything else. We came for a short stay and had a lovely time, the room was beautiful, though be aware we had no fridge, not a huge issue as the staff were more than happy to provide ice when asked. The staff were lovely, but one staff member in particular made our visit so wonderful, and that was Mylene (sorry if we misspelt) She seemed to be everywhere at once, all of the time, and always with a smile on her face. We genuinely questioned if she ever slept as she was always around when we needed something. Maybe there was staff shortage during our visit also but it looked like she was doing multiple jobs at the same time, and never seemed to be stressed by this. Anything we needed, she was more than happy to help us and she truly made our stay at the hotel so enjoyable and relaxed. We would come back again purely for the service she provided. An absolute gem of a human being, and apparently new to the job, which was a surprise given how professional and accommodating she was. Thank you Best Western, and thank you Mylene. One night stopover in France Nice Hotel , welcoming friendly receptionist No Air con in standard rooms so had to upgrade room, other room far to Hot! Pre drinks in Bar 18-19hrs happy hour, followed by good meal , and menu choice. Good breakfast and ample parking.

Nice hotel quite quirky and modern. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned Few local restaurants about if you want to venture out but the hotel food is very good with a new menu of the day everyday. Very nice and amazing place to stay., one should always visit the hotel if you go to brest………airport also very near and can be at peace and calm and enjoy the hotel stay. V amazing weather and places to visit in the city . One must visit the hotel.

Best hotel which i visit for a long time and very good waitress Ingrid in hotel restaurant. She was helpfull all the time on every breakfast. Room are equiped with big soft bed, very clean and tidy bathroom. Some of the rooms have balcony. Wifi connection is perfect !

I was in this hotel several times during year because of work.Hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are nice and clean. At breakfest there is many choices and food is fresh and good. I eat lot of times dinner in restoran every time was delicious. Staff is very kind and friendly. Definetly recommend this hotel if you are coming in Brest

A warm welcome was felt. Nothing was too much trouble (apart from the grumpy guy in the restaurant!) Very clean. Great comfy bed with lovely quality bedding. Good restaurant. Menu available in English too (if it’s not the grumpy guy ;-)) A good carpark I’d highly recommend

Nice hotel with all facilities (gym included) and good quality of food and room/room service. The only shortcoming is that the waiters could not speak English (this is a pity all over France actually!).

My room was 12 sqm, this including shower, toilets, bathroom. The bad was covering the rest of the room surface. From the shower you were stepping directly on the carpet, so this one was humid and smelling very bad. I am asking myself if it is even legal to sell this size of room for more than 100 eur/night! The TV set was not working properly. You need to pay extra for access to sauna and pool! On the positive side, free parking, cleaning, soundproofing. But too little for too much money!

Room was conform all requirements But sadly, check in - breakfast/dinner area very chaotic Because of a football team that was staying there at the same time, other guests were offered VERY reduced choice of meals. The menu that was suggested on their digital information board in the room was also not available for that reason.
