Air-conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was strong, and all amenities were in great condition. Everything felt modern, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything tidy and refreshed daily.

JJasonnXAlways my go to hotel whenever I visit Batam. Great location, within walking distance to Nagoya Hill, with plenty of good restaurants and massage shops nearby. There’s also a convenience store right next door.
The room was spacious and mine came with a fridge, although not all rooms have one. Room cleaning could be better, but overall it’s still a good stay. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fantastic 👍 We ate there for two consecutive days and didn't get tired of it 👍 Especially the hotel lobby manager, Deriana, who is super friendly, provides excellent service, is very professional, and speaks amazing Chinese 👍

The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay.
Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service.
Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them.
Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

NNinaz ZinkieI really enjoyed my stay at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites! What stood out for me was its proximity to ESKA Spa & Wellness, convenient location, reasonable price, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff.
I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. Although the room keys could only be collected after 2pm, the hotel was happy to let me check in earlier and leave my bags with the concierge. This meant I could head out and explore Batam without having to worry about my luggage.
If there was one area for improvement, it would definitely be the towels. I think the hotel could do with a fresh set of good-quality white towels, as the current ones looked a little old and musty. I was honestly tempted to bring my own when i come back next time! 😅
Other than that, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. With new towels, it would have been pretty much perfect!
Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience, value for money and wonderful service. ⭐️
