The room facilities were complete. As for hygiene, it was generally okay, but the faucet had noticeable water stains, and there were some stains on the duvet cover. The carpet stains were also quite obvious. In terms of location, it's close to the high-speed rail station, about a taxi's minimum fare away. The lobby is on the 5th floor, which might be a bit confusing and hard to find for first-time guests. The front desk lady's service was good, but one gentleman seemed a bit inflexible – perhaps northern guys are just a bit aloof. The breakfast had a good variety, thumbs up! 👍

The hotel decor is quite new; there was a slight smell on the first day, but it was acceptable. We booked a standard room, but the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe twin room. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and my child loved it. Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym. There are many residential areas around the hotel with plenty of food options; the Shuangheyuan restaurant nearby was particularly good. The only downside is that it's not a sea view room. If this room were beachfront, it would easily cost 1500+ yuan during peak season. The staff inside were also very good, especially the auntie in the laundry room, who was very diligent.

The control for the room's light strips was poorly designed; at night, turning on the bathroom light also illuminated the entire washbasin area, with no separate control, which disturbed my baby and family's sleep. The toilet was also incredibly loud. The crib bumper was installed very sloppily and wasn't secure at all. Is infant safety not taken seriously here?

I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

Everything basically met Westin's brand standards. The only minor drawback was the pool area. There were many non-hotel guests with children and external coaches giving swimming lessons. This occupied a lot of the pool space, making the lanes quite crowded and affecting the swimming experience for hotel guests. What was most unbearable was a coach using a DJI drone for underwater photography. I hope the hotel can strengthen management and designate separate lanes for coaches to ensure the rights of guests. Aside from this, it's generally a recommended stay.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.
