Room with view on parking, very very poor breakfast (at 8AM should be open, but the food was not there yet), old bread, sooo small variation of food that was just shocking wat you gave us for that money. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT."

The room was clean, modern (in an Alpine chalet design), stocked with toiletries, and the fridge had a small freezer (great for refreezing our ice packs). It's a short walk to a few restaurants and cafes, and literally right around the corner from the castle."

"The most central hotel in Bran, right opposite the castle! Room views of the castle are superb! The owners went out of their way to help me and arrange a tour for me. I was ripped off by a taxi driver coming from the airport, he charged me £120 for a 30 minute journey. The manageress rang him and told him to take me back to the airport for that price too, which he did! Be aware! Book your transfer with the hotel before you leave the UK. They will arrange a fair price."

"We were here the 5th or 6th time as previous experiences were good. Not this time. We ordered goulash and a salad. Came after 30 min with a pie topping that was not backed well and the soup in the bowl cold. The waitress was not polite and offended. Will not return and do not recommend. Trash bags near the eating area…but prices higher than our previous visits herr"

"I had a wonderful stay at Conacul Törzburg and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bran. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Bran Castle, and some rooms even offer beautiful views of the castle itself, which made the experience feel very special. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, combining modern comfort with a charming, cozy atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room felt well maintained and high quality. One of the highlights of the stay was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and ensuring that guests felt comfortable. Their attention to detail really made the stay memorable. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant offers great food, and it’s definitely worth dining there during your stay. Overall, Conacul Törzburg is a beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional service, great food, and an unbeatable location. "Everything looks good, the design of the guest house, the materials that the house was made of, inside and outside. Nothing to say, nothing to complain about. I was pleased to see all of these, especially the restaurant from the base floor. But all of these good things remained in the past, as our room was not cleaned until the day before we leave. The garbage bins were overflowing and we had to deposit the rest of the remains in paper bags on the balcony. Dont get me wrong the balcony was quite a view... One night half of the guest house had an incident on the electric panel and we didn't have hot water until 10 o'clock next day. Combined with some very annoying lack of napkins and salt at the tables, lack of supervising in the restaurant, the late coming of the person who brought our meal, we changed our first opinion in time to what i write to you now. Everything because they didn't employ more personnel."
