Secondly, the not so good thing is the hygiene of the carpet. This is something that many hotels fail to do well. Stains and even some residues are difficult to clean (a common problem with carpets, which cannot be entirely blamed on the cleaning staff). I hope the hotel can improve and update carpet cleaning facilities. I wish your store will get better and better. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you for your service and help."
