Big flat with 2 rooms apartment unit. Very convenient location next to train station and food court .

They're thieves. They want to keep the deposit for leaving the keys inside the room.
They were the ones who said that if there was no one at reception, we should leave them inside the room.
We left the 2 keys where they told us.

The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great.
By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

Beware of the management, they charged my 200$ deposit for "damages" wasn't done by me. According to the photo it was the adhesive on the wall that I was notice it was on the wall when I first in the room

This hotel has really let it self down. Last time I stayed. It was wonderful but this time I felt like the reception staff. All the staff was so rude not even friendly. He didn’t smile. What would helpful. I felt like I was in the way the apartments are rundown bit dirty. This overall didn’t like it at all probably won’t go back.

Finding the entry to the hotel/apartment was confusing and no obvious signs indicating entry, the apartment was tidy but there was stains on the doona which didn’t have a cover but was wrapped in a sheet, something I haven’t seen before.

Overall is good, but the small bedroom hasn’t air conditioner, just set a fan, it’s too hot and fan noise is too high.

Room was very large and location was very convenient there’s a car park for the trains just beside the accomodation which we used. The floors was slightly dirty but that said the accomodation was equipped with a full size fridge , stove and laundry
